ORAS OU M-Lopunny Team

Hey Guys I really need your help!
This is my first time writing in this forum (even tho I had an account since 2013 :O) so please excuse any mistakes ^^'
Well on Saturday I am going to attend my first Pokemon Tournament which will be held in Smogon OU Rules. It's only a small tournament in a small city, so I cannot say for sure what kind of people will be showing up there. Anyhow, I decided to build a team around my Mega Lopunny. Since I am not a fan of those Landorus, Talonflames and Rotoms (you know all those Mons you see all the time in OU) I always tried to build a team with lesser known Pokemon which can keep up with them.
So far my team looks like this:

gliscor_redefined_by_gameartist99-d3jkpra.png
Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 8 Def / 200 SpD / 56 Spe
Careful Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- Stealth Rock

As i read in another thread with M-Lopunny, Gliscor is a great Counter against Talonflame. I have always wanted one of these Pokémon and now I took the chance. Since I don't have any other Hazard setter, I used Stealth Rock on him. Earthquake as a STAB and Knock Off to get on my opponents nerves.

SRY SRY SUJU (Lopunny) @ Lopunnite
Ability: Limber
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fake Out
- Ice Punch
- Return
- Power-Up Punch/Drain Punch

M-Lopunny as the Pkmn I built the team around. I also thought of M-Beedrill as my Mega Pokémon but somehow I am not capable of getting a team for it. I don't play with high Jump Kick on Lopunny, since the damage you get from failure is just too risky. So instead I tried Power-Up Punch but so far it wasn't any good. Alternatively I would choose Drain Punch. I replaced Fire Punch with Return for another STAB, Fake out for save mega Evolving and Ice Punch as Coverage.

Volcarona.png
Citipati XVI (Volcarona) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 238 HP / 252 Def / 16 Spe
Bold Nature
- Bug Buzz
- Fiery Dance
- Quiver Dance
- Roost

ahhhhh... defensive Volcarona... nothing goes over that hahaha
I put full EV's on defense since you can boost with Quiver Dance, a few points into Speed to outrun other Pokemon and the rest into HP. The move set is the usual one. I saw some people use Giga Drain, but since I don't think it's that necessary for Coverage, I choose Roost to recover properly. With this Volcarona alone I destroyed a lot of enemy teams.

starmie_pokedoll_art_by_methuselah_alchemist-d5gzz1g.png
Starmie @ Life Orb
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Rapid Spin
- Ice Beam
- Dazzling Gleam

Never before have I used Starmie in a team. I always knew it was a good choice and perfect as Rapid Spinner, but still. However I believe Starmie fits better into this team than any other Rapid Spin Pokemon. of course it uses the BeamBolt strategy but I gave it Dazzling Gleam instead of Psychic for a surprise effect.

Togekiss.jpg
Day:Zone 0 (Togekiss) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Air Slash /Thunderwave
- Heal Bell
- Wish
- Protect

Togekiss is my Support on the team. Originally I trained an offensive Togekiss, but soon I realized it actually fits perfect for Heal Bell/Wish supporter. I still have Air Slash on it, but I thought I could also use Thunderwave. Since I always thought it's a little risky to play without any offensive attack, I am not too sure about it.

250px-497Serperior.png
Serperior @ King's Rock
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 108 SpA / 148 SpD or HP / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Dragon Pulse
- Leech Seed
- Taunt

When I first set up the team, I had Furfrou on this Slot. But I realized my offensive wasn't strong enough so I kicked it out for a Contrary Serperior.
The nature is to make this Pokémon as fast as possible combined with its EV. Currently I have only 108 EV on SpA since it gets boosted with Contrary and invested a little in its SpD or HP. People have told me that is not necessary. So what do you think?
Instead of Giga Drain, I put in Leech Seed to annoy the Opponent and Taunt to prevent Stealth Rocks or Boosts. Depending on the enemy team, I put Serperior as Lead.

Since I have the tournament on saturday already, I need as many tipps and advice as possible. If possible, please pass on Pokemon like Landorus as I mentioned above. To me winning with a common team is worse than loosing with my own... ^^'

As you can see in my signature, I've a team like this. Anyway a pretty solid team here I've noticed only one threat that can annoy you:

M-venusaur,this thing is so annoying! With toxic and leech seed can stall your entire team that's why my only change is to go with

Starmie @ Life Orb
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- Rapid Spin
- Ice Beam
- Dazzling Gleam

Yes, I was about to change dazzling gleam, but it's very very hard to predict on a starmie and looking back to your team, thunderbolt is pretty useless

And change the set on Togekiss to make it very annoying:

Day:Zone 0 (Togekiss) @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Thunderwave
- Heal Bell
- Roost
- Air Slash

So the tactic is to T-wave your opponent than make it flinch till the dead with air slash. I use this set and I can say that I've won a lot of battle thanks to the flinch hax. Btw if you need a wish passer don't make these changes

As you can see,I'm not english, but I try my best to explain. Hope my suggestions can help you to win your tournament. Mine is coming soon too!

Zafkiel thank you so much for your review. i didn't think it'd be a solid team hahaha
the togekiss was supposed to be a wish passer, but now I think it doesn't make any sense since any of the injured pkmn would be defeated after switch in.
serperior, volcarona and gliscor heal themselves anyway and the rest is just to frail

i will adjust my team and try it out as you suggested :)
btw i'm also not english xD
