Ma Team to Vs my friend.

Hello all, I'm quite new to the competitive Pokemon battling... And would love your feedback and help. :)

This is my team so far, my friend has even less knowledge then me when it is regarding competitive Pokemon battling. I have developed my team in a way where i'm reliant on his lack of knowledge to pass me through. Although if he surprises me I plan for my team to still be effective.

This team is not necessarily OU, it includes some others as well.

POKEMON: Aerodactyl
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Jolly
Moves: Stealth Rock, Taunt, Earthquake and Stone edge
Item: Focus Sash
EV set: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe

This pokemon main purpose is for its high speed to spread stealth rocks down and possibly taunt the opposition lead. Also, due to the great speed of the pokemon will be used for support as I have let my friend use an uber, which was chosen as Mewtwo. Therefore ill at least injure my friends Mewtwo before letting either my weavile, umbreon or Shedinja take out the rest of him.

POKEMON: Jolteon
Ability: Volt absorb
Nature: Timid
Moves: Thunder Bolt, Shadow ball, hidden move (Ice) and ?? (not sure what to use here)
Item: Choice Specs
EV set: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

My Jolteon is my special attack sweeper. I have a hunch that my friend will be using a Gengar as his special attack sweeper. Therefore Jolteon is the perfect counter, its faster and the unexpected Shadowball can 1 hit k0 him. I have not thought of a move to use as the fourth move at this current time. Please leave feedback in which move to use.

POKEMON: Milotic
Ability: Marvel Scale
Nature: Calm
Moves: Ice beam, Mirror Coat, Surf and Recover
Item: Leftovers
EV set: 252 SpA / 4 Spe / 252 SpD
(should I add Hp evs? due to Mirror coat?)

My Milotic is my tank of my team. It is great offensively and great defensively. I take pride in my Milotic with mirror coat, this enables my milotic to take care of any special Attacker with ease. I love the bluffness of this pokemon and the way it can 2hit kill most special attackers or even more bulky pokemon.

POKEMON: Umbreon
Ability: Synchronize
Nature: Gentle
Moves: Meanlook, Curse, Payback and Moonlight
Item: Leftovers
EV set: 252 Att / 4 Def / 252 SpD

I love my Umbreon. The way this bulky Pokemon can screw a team over amazes me. If u can get the right Meanlook in and the right amount of Curses, the enemy team might as well leave... I have almost sweeped a whole team with the right meanlook, the only thing that stopped me was the poison. My Umbreon has max SpD, and with the right amount of curses, it becomes the unstoppable hulk.... due to the Defense also being risen to max.
Although, one flaw is the 'close combat'.

POKEMON: Weavile
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Jolly
Moves: Ice Punch, Night Slash, Brick Break and Sword dance
Item: Focus Sash
EV set: 252 Att / 4 Hp / 252 Spe

My Weavile is my Physical Sweeper. The idea of the pokemon is to set up Sword dances hopefully on the switch or, the Focus sash will ensure my Weavile to withstand. This therefore creates the perfect sweeper, with three different move types it is perfect for taking out the MewTwo or any other possible threats.

POKEMON: Shedinja
Ability: Wonderguard
Nature: Adamant
Moves: Swords dance, Shadow sneak, Will-O-Wisp and X-Scissor
Item: Focus Sash
EV set: 252 Att / 4 Def / 252 Spe

This Pokemon I am relying on the fact that my friend does not know the super-effective moves to hurt him or know how to counter him with ease. When he does it will already be to late. Setting up the Sword dances early ensures shadow sneak will hopefully sweep his team. With the already quite beastly attack, It should hopefully be an unpleasant surprise for my friend.

Hey. Since this is just to play your friend there isn't much that I can say about this that'll help you too much. Anyway, I think Starmie would be quite a bit more useful over Jolteon if your friend knows anything about Stealth Rock. With Starmie you're still faster than Gengar, but you now have access to Rapid Spin to spin away Stealth Rock, which will render both of the Focus Sashes on your Shedinja and Weavile useless. That's really bad for you. On top of that, Life Orb Starmie hits so very hard with Hydro Pump, and all around tends to have better coverage than Jolteon. Here is the standard:

Starmie @ Life Orb
Nature @ Timid
EVs: 252 SpAtk / 252 Speed
-Hydro Pump
-Thunderbolt
-Ice beam
-Rapid Spin

Hope you try it out! Good luck!

For the milotic i would give him 252 Defence IV's instead of special defence.
Right now it is easy for physical attackers to kill it but when you give him 252 defence he will have almost the same defence as its allready beastly special defence.
SpA isnt really needed if you are gonna mirror coat. So you could put those Ev's in hp.

As this team is only to play your friend there isnt much i can say more.
Normally i would say : look out for the milotic as he can be stalled out with toxic , recover wont save you from that but rest + sleep talk will.

As for the other pokemons i see what you aim for.
Alltho the willowisp on shedinja isnt the best option because as soon as your friend figures out that a fire fang from a garchomp or so will kill , then that little beast is doomed and not even WoW will save him as he has 1 hp .

So for a team to play a friend wich u say is unaware of most of the game , this team is good . Defenatlyy the shedinja as he isnt able to fiigure it out it seems.
But for metagame this team would need to change alot .
Basically a solid metagame team can beat your friend too so you might want to consider that.
