Machamp Para Sweep

Well I've decided that I'm officially bored lol. So I'm gonna make a team focused on Machamp sweeping (and being able to via Paralization). The way the team is set up, I have 1 Super Support (Deoxys), 3 Paralizing Pokemon (TWAVE, BODY SLAM, THUNDER) and I have 2 Sweepers, 1 requiring the paralization support. Just made this right here and now so I'm aware it's not contructed oh so godly lol. So help me out with my fun team.

@ Light Clay
Timid - Pressure
252 Hit Points - 252 Speed - 4 Defense
Light Screen
Reflect
Stealth Rock
Taunt

Very Standard. Just here to soften some blows later on. Nothing should really need explaining.

@ Leftovers
Quiet - Screne Grace
88 Hit Points - 164 Attack - 160 Defense - 96 Special Attack
Body Slam
Thunder
Wish
Zen Headbutt

This is sorta like parahax Togekiss, only more bulky and hits more stuff. Body Slam is for those ground types that can't be Thunder'd and Thunder is....well THUNDER! lol. BOTH have a whopping 60% to paralize...that's really good. Pair that with Zen Headbutt's 40% to flinch and you got yourself a beast. Wish is for healing/team support.

@ Leftovers
Bold - Natural Cure
148 Hit Points - 252 Defense - 12 Speed - 96 Special Defense
Aromotherapy
Seismic Toss
Softboiled
Thunder Wave

My second Paralize'r. Also sets up Stealth Rock, not really meant to attack so Seismic Toss just to make it more annoying.

celebi.png

@ Leftovers
Bold - Natural Cure
252 Hit Points - 220 Defense - 36 Speed
Grass Knot
Leech Seed
Recover
Thunder Wave

My third and final para user. Thunder Wave for a guranteed one (asside from ground pokemon of course, which shouldn't be there because of Grass Knot). Leech Seed to force some switches.

@ Choice Scarf
Timid - Flash Fire
20 Hit Points - 252 Special Attack - 236 Speed
Earth Power
Explosion
Fire Blast
Hidden Power - Ice

Backup sweeper. Pair's with Celebi nicely. Used mainly if I don't set up para hax for Machamp to sweep.

@ Leftovers
Adamant - No Guard
128 Hit Points - 252 Attack - 128 Speed
Bulk Up
Dynamic Punch
Ice Punch
Thunder Punch

Star of the show! Bulk Up against stuff that can't do much/will switch. Dynamic/Ice/Thunder Punch for great coverage.

That's really all there is to tell. Just remember this is just off the top of my head, not even tested, so if you see big problems (which I'm sure there are alot of them lol) feel free to point em out.

I think Cressalia utterly walls you. I doubt explosion will even KO it. Any bulky psychics really.
Even with payback I dont think machamp can really do that much to it.

I don't think your lead works all that well with your team. You light screen and reflect to what? You only have one sweeper, and you said yourself he is for late game when things a para's, also, your team is extremely bulky and it just seems redundant. Although I have no suggestions for a lead, just input.

I don't see blissey and celebi doing much, just kind of being dead weight after they paralyze stuff, try this.

Snorlax@CB
252 Atk - 252 SpecDef
Adamant/Sassy [Power vs more of a wall]
-Body Slam [Powerful stab + 30% paralysis]
-Crunch [Easy switch in on Cress and hurt it if it dares to stay in]
-Selfdestruct/ [After he has done some damage and is hurt, revenge in on something paralyzed or afraid to stay in for a KO to nearly anything]
-Earthquake/Elepunch/Pursuit

Pusuit = Instant starmie kill if they switch out, at least with adamant. Same for gengar, maybe even if it stays in. Sassy turns focus blast into a 3hko but I like the power of adamant. Selfdestruct is not mandatory

With adamant, this thing is strong enough to break Magnezone Subs with a resisted bodyslam

Cresselia is not used nearly as much anymore sense the fall of Garchomp as Cress was considered the premier Garchomp counter

I like it, but...I don't have any kind of pokemon that can lead in that case, the main reason the deoxys works is cuz it can just Taunt the other leads that set up (which is 99% of leads) then set up rocks, and screens so that my pokemon don't take hard hits while spreading para around for the 1st couple turns...so IF i take deoxys off for snorlax/ANYTHING really, what could be my lead?

I was actually thinking replace snorlax for blissey.

I will get back at you with a lead when I think something up, they are kind of tough though

You call my input useless when that comment itself was useless O.o

I already gave my advice. You are adding nothing to the conversation to help.

But, I did give advice in saying it wasn't too much of a big deal -_-

Anyways, the whole team idea is in itself very reliant on paralyzing when an Aromatherapist or Dugtrio (miscellaneous fast ground type) wrecks your team

You can't really ditch a pokemon for Snorlax, every pokemon you see here is for synergy, and this is a team that if your original plan doesn't work, you have nothing to back up or try to sweep

If you want my opinion, keep Bulk Up Machamp and pass him an agility for late-game sweeping and then make the team around that strategy as you see fit

But *Gasp* snorlax can actually do damage, paralyze, and counter the thing that halts machamp which his team is centered around. And by the way, you don't need two things with SR. I can't really see much of an advantage blissey has when you have snorlax with wish support and a team that is desperate against Cressalia

OMG!!!!

No matter what, its still unreliable -_-

Anyways, if you keep the team, put Psychic on the Deoxys-E (Or aromatherapy on Bliss)

ya i guess i'll put aromo on bliss...i made it so fast i didn't even realize i put 2 stealth rocker's lol, i'll also try out lax > bliss some too
