I Have A Glaring Flaw In My Team

Hey, I built a team around the Magnezone + Mamoswine offensive core. I'm enjoying the team for the most part but I have a huge Charizard-X weakness. I always have to sacrifice one of my team in order to stop it. Late game that's usually not so bad so long as I managed to keep some fodder but early and mid game it really sets me back. I'm willing to change out anything but the MagMam core as that's what I wanted to play around with. Anyways here's the team.

Teambuilding Process

Mamoswine: I picked Mamoswine mostly for the ability to scare the fuck out of Dragon/Ground and Flying/Ground threats that like this tier.

Magnezone: Mag takes care of the steel types that stop Mamoswine.

Mega-Pinsir: Honestly I only picked Pinsir because I've literally never used him but have been swept by them before. I started off with a bulky attacker but when I noticed my CharX weakness I made him as fast as I could. Even for that to I have to predict a switch and get up an SD to OHKO Charizard who always OHKOs with Flare Blitz. Plus if Charizard DDs he out speeds Pinsir anyways.

Toxapex: Lol why is this guy so big? Anyways I picked Tox because Magnezone, Mamoswine, and Pinser all have a very obvious shared weakness in fire types. But CharX carries Earthquake and beats Tox down easily though I can usually preserve him with Regenerator.

Ferrothorn: What's a game of Pokemon without Stealth Rocks and a bit of stalling?

Gengar: He's fast, hits hard, and has a fairly wide movepool to choose from. Plus he's OG OU from the very beginning.

Conclusion

As I've already mentioned I know about my Charizard weakness and I'm open to changing out anything but the core the team was built around to patch it. If you notice any other ways I can clean my team up though I'm always open to suggestions.

Sweet team, but it definitely needs some updates.
Firstly, I would use Mew > Gengar. Your team lacks defog, although it has mega pinsir, which I find very strange. Mew is also the sturdiest defogger in the tier, and it forms a strong core with Pex and Cele
Mew @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 144 Def / 112 Spe
Timid Nature
- Ice Beam
- Will-O-Wisp
- Soft-Boiled
- Defog
Speaking of Cele, Celesteela > Ferrothorn. This helps you not insta-lose to pinsir, and it forms a very strong core with the afore mentioned mew and Pex.
Celesteela @ Leftovers
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 132 Def / 124 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Leech Seed
- Protect
- Heavy Slam
- Flamethrower
Your Pinsir set is an unset. Change X-Scissor to Frustration. The flying type stab is simply a better offensive typing.
Magnezone should have Assault Vest > Choice Specs. This helps you not get mangled by Tapu Koko in addition to checking non-Fighting-Z Magearna.
Mamoswine runs Stealth Rocks > Knock Off. Should be self-explanatory. You don't have rocks after this version of the build.
Also, change Pex's item. Use Shed Shell > Black Sludge simply so you don't lose to Zard-Y.
Change Pinsir's pre-mega ability to Hyper Cutter > Mold Breaker. This allows you to not have to worry about Landorus-T Intimidate nor Sticky Webs if you cannot defog for whatever reason (mainly bisharp)

I know you don't have a scarfer, but I don't feel its particularly necessary on this team has it has good bulk after these suggestions and Pinsir can revenge kill Volcarona with QA with any chip on it. Of course, though, if someone recommends a scarfer that fits, I still highly recommend one!
Hope I was helpful n_n

Hey great team. I definitly agree with everything VictiniSwag has just said. I would also recommend trying latios out over Mew as you are very weak to fire if you don't run shed shell toxapex. If a Heatran traps you, you will lose your Toxapex then it is free to spam Fire stab moves with you having to sack something just to get Pinsir in to EQ.

Latios @ Soul Dew
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power Fire / Surf
- Defog

You can try this set out and running surf just to hit Heatran hard or the standard HP Fire to hit steel types or even Recover to stay healthy. If this isn't what you are looking for Scarf Latios can be an option to tricking a Choice Scarf onto the likes of a Chansey or something as well as being a good revenge killer. Either way you definitely need some sort of hazard removal so be sure to test what you need out.
