Done Magnet Pull vs Steel-type allies in Gen 3

What is the bug?
Bulbapedia says in gen 3 only, Magnet Pull affects allies but not Arena Trap or Shadow Tag. And yet in this battle Skarmory was able to switch out even though it’s ally Magneton had Magnet Pull.
