[OVERVIEW]

Electric
========

Magnezone is an excellent choice for Electric teams thanks to Magnet Pull, which allows it to threaten troublesome Steel-types, namely Excadrill. Magnezone's decent bulk and Steel typing provide key resistances to Fairy- and Dragon-type attacks from Mega Gardevoir and Latios. However, its Steel typing also amplifies its weakness to Ground-type attacks while also adding weaknesses to Fighting- and Fire-type attacks. Magnezone's extremely poor coverage options leave it overly reliant on Hidden Power Fire to deal with targets it traps. Furthermore, Magnezone's below-average Speed tier makes it more susceptible to being revenge killed.

[SET]
name: Air Balloon
move 1: Thunderbolt
move 2: Flash Cannon
move 3: Hidden Power Fire
move 4: Substitute
item: Air Balloon
ability: Magnet Pull
nature: Modest
evs: 128 HP / 252 SpA / 128 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Flash Cannon deals significant damage to Fairy-, Ice-, and Rock-types such as Clefable, Weavile, and Tyranitar. Hidden Power Fire synergizes extremely well with Magnet Pull, allowing Magnezone to reliably take care of Steel-types it traps like Ferrothorn and Excadrill. Substitute takes advantage of passive Steel-types that fail to do anything significant to Magnezone, such as Klefki, Ferrothorn, and Choice-locked Excadrill. Air Balloon provides a temporary immunity to Ground-type attacks and allows Magnezone to reliably switch in and trap Choice item Excadrill. It's important to play safely with Magnezone, as preserving Air Balloon in the Ground- and Steel-type matchups and dealing with Excadrill is its most important use. The given Speed EVs allow Magnezone to outspeed uninvested Mega Scizor.

Electric teams appreciate Magnezone's ability to reliably deal with troublesome Steel-types like Ferrothorn and Excadrill. Zapdos provides a much needed, reliable Ground immunity for Magnezone, in case Air Balloon has been popped. In return, Zapdos appreciates Magnezone's ability to switch into Rock- and Ice-type attacks from the likes of Weavile and Tyranitar. Rotom-W provides a Fire-resistant and secondary Ground-immune partner for Magnezone while also being able to KO Ground-types like Mamoswine with Hydro Pump. Thundurus greatly helps in matchups such as Flying, Water, and Ground thanks to Thunderbolt + Grass Knot + Hidden Power Ice and is able to significantly cripple faster threats to Magnezone with Thunder Wave. Mega Manectric further improves the Steel-type matchup thanks to Flamethrower and also takes care of Ground-types like Gliscor and Garchomp with Hidden Power Ice. Raikou aids greatly in the Psychic matchup thanks to Calm Mind and Shadow Ball.

Electric

**Specially Defensive Walls**: Specially defensive walls like Chansey and Gastrodon shrug off all of Magnezone's attacks with ease and threaten to KO it in return.

**Super Effective Coverage**: Pokemon such as Alakazam, Hydreigon, Tornadus-T, Zapdos, and Dragonite have little to no trouble disposing Magnezone with their coverage moves.

**Fire-types**: Fire-types like Victini, Volcarona, and Mega Charizard Y threaten Magnezone with their super effective STAB moves. Volcarona, in particular, can use Magnezone as setup fodder to boost with Quiver Dance.

**Ground-types**: While Magnezone has temporary immunity to Ground-type attacks, it is easily OHKOed by foes like Hippowdon and Landorus once Air Balloon is popped.

**Fighting-types**: Fighting-types like Keldeo, Terrakion, and Heracross handle Magnezone with their super effective STAB moves. However, Keldeo and Terrakion need to be wary of switching into Magnezone.

[OVERVIEW]
Access to Magnet Pull to threaten troublesome Steel-type Pokemon, namely taking care of Choice Scarf Band (Choice Scarf Excadrill usage has been low lately.) Excadrill which otherwise when paired with Air Balloon makes Magnezone an excellent choice on Electric teams. Magnezone's decent bulk along with its great secondary Steel typing which provides it multiple key resistance and an immunity to Poison-type attacks (Mega Venusaur and Tentacruel are the only Pokemon in ORAS Monotype that run Poison-type attacks. It seems more important to talk about Magnezone's resistance to Fairy and Dragon for bulky Mega Gardevoir and Latios respectively), allows it to threaten a variety of different Pokemon. However, its Steel typing amplifies its weakness to Ground-type attacks while also giving it added weaknesses to Fighting- and Fire-type attacks. Furthermore, Magnezone's below average Speed tier leaves much to be desired making it more susceptible to being revenge killed. Could fix some sentences to be more clear.

[SET COMMENTS]
Thunderbolt and Flash Cannon are Magnezone's STAB moves, covering a variety of different threats. Flash Cannon deals meaningful damage to Ground-types that tend to switch-in to Magnezone's Electric-type attacks (Its probably better to just mention Landorus here since it's the only example that fits the description. Could also talk about Pokemon that resist Thunderbolt) while also dealing significant damage to Fairy-, Ice-, and Rock-types such as Clefable, Weavile, and Tyranitar. Hidden Power Fire synergizes extremely well with Magnet Pull, allowing Magnezone to reliably take care of Steel-types it traps like Ferrothorn and Excadrill. Substitute takes advantage of passive Steel-types Magnezone that fail to do significant to it, such as Klefki,(Add Comma) and Ferrothorn, and choice-locked Excadrill. Air Balloon allows provides (Pick one) a temporary immunity to Ground-type attacks, namely allowing it to reliably switch-in and trap choiced Excadrill. The given Speed EVs allow Magnezone to outspeed uninvested Mega Scizor.

All Electric-type teams appreciate Magnezone's ability to reliably deal with troublesome Steel-types like Ferrothorn and Excadrill. Zapdos provides a much needed, reliable Ground-type immunity for Magnezone, if Magnezone's Air Balloon has been popped off. Zapdos also appreciates Magnezone's ability to switch-in to Rock- and Ice-type attacks directed at it from the likes of Weavile and Tyranitar. Rotom-W provides a Fire resistance for Magnezone and secondary Ground-type immunity, while also being able to KO Ground-types like Mamoswine with Hydro Pump. Thundurus-T (You mention Thunder Wave later on, so I assume you mean Thundurus) helps greatly in matchups such as Flying, Water, and Ground thanks to Thunderbolt + Grass Knot + Hidden Power Ice while also being able to significantly cripple faster threats to Magnezone, with Thunder Wave. Mega Manectric further improves the Steel-type matchup thanks to its access to Flamethrower while also taking care of Ground-types like Gliscor and Garchomp, with Hidden Power Ice. Raikou aids greatly in the Psychic matchup thanks to its access to Calm Mind and Shadow Ball.(Add Period) sets

Checks and Counters
**Fighting-types**: Fighting-types like Keldeo, Terrakion, and Heracross and have no trouble with dealing with Magnezone with their super effective STAB moves. However, Keldeo and Terrakion need to be wary of switching-in to Magnezone's STAB moves. In the matchups where Magnezone faces these two Pokemon, it only clicks its STAB moves.

Flash Cannon deals meaningful damage to Landorus which tends to switch-in to Magnezone's Electric-type attacks while also dealing (After looking at this sentence again, I don't think my former suggestion makes much sense as Flying teams have Zapdos to tank attacks from Magnezone) significant damage to Fairy-, Ice-, and Rock-types such as Clefable, Weavile, and Tyranitar.

Overview:
- I think you can just say Excadrill instead of cb specifically since Excadrill is always choiced, regardless of band or scarf.
- I'd add that magnezone has extremely poor coverage, forcing it to be reliant on a weak hp fire to deal with it's trap targets

Set comments:
"Thunderbolt and Flash Cannon are Magnezone's STAB moves, covering a variety of different threats. "
- Fluff?
- Add one line about not playing carelessly with Air Balloon in matchups vs Excadrill since that's magnezone's biggest and most important use

C&C:
- I'd add a section called "super-effective coverage." Pokemon like Zapdos, Hydreigon, Tornadus-T, Alakazam, Kyurem-B, and Dragonite are some mons off the top of my head that I think deserve a mention and can be added to this section, pick whichever ones u find most relevant.
- Add that Volcarona can use Magnezone as setup bait to the Fire-types section

Nice work, QC 2/2
