Hey everyone. I'm new to the smog community,(about 5mins ago =P) and was surprised to see no thread where new members can introduce themselves.(if there is one I completely missed it x_x) In many forums, its hard for people to just dive in. Especially for someone like me who is entirely new to pokemon competitive game play. I figured it would be nice for new members to have a place where they can break the ice and get to know the community. Let me know what you guys think. :naughty:

The best way to integrate into this forum, or any really, is to, as we call it, "lurk more". Just observe what happens and take time to learn. If you want to learn how to battle, signing up for the Battling 101 program would be a good place to start. If you want to learn how to fit into the community, observe the social forums and frequent IRC and Shoddy.
