Okay, first of all, don't post a topic and then send me a PM containing the text of the topic.
Second, no, you can't. You need to be able to run arbitrary processes and accept incoming connections to run a Shoddy Battle server and you can't do that with any free host I know of. You'd need virtual private hosting, which is typically fairly expensive.
I recommend you do a little research of your own before posting threads like this in the future. Google might be a good place to start.
