Rejected Make it so that you can not battle people you have /ignored on the ladder.

If you did /ignore on the top 500 players for a ladder, you could use this to basically guarantee you never play a high-ranked opponent and instead try to earn wins only against players with lower ELO. We definitely won't implement something that has the potential for ladder manipulation like that.
