Done Make VGC Bo3 ladder games OTS in replays

The VGC ranked showdown Bo3 ladder is forced to be open team sheet (ots), which is of course useful since this is what is used at official events. Many people will save their replays for a plethora of reasons, all more or less boiling down to review. However, replays from bo3 ladder games will not show the OTS in replays. Here is an example:

I am suggesting this be amended and would argue it's a rather large QoL update, should it be conceivable from a technical perspective.
 
This is not a best-of-3 specific quirk; any rated battle with (i.e. a battle on the ladder) OTS will only show the OTS of both players to the players in the battle (see example in bo1). The OTS implementation was designed that way, so spectators would not see OTS in ladder games / in replays. There wasn't a formal poll done or anything, but of the people we did ask, all were in favor of OTS not being available for spectators in rated battles. Replays only use the spectator view.

I'll run a poll in the VGC room to gauge interest for this after the Regional this weekend finishes.
