Mamoswine's bone chilling power, along with an amazing offensive typing, make Mamoswine an excellent wallbreaker in the metagame. Ice Shard gives Mamoswine very powerful priority that allows it to revenge kill faster offensive threats such as Hydreigon, Dragapult, and Venusaur under the sun after some prior damage. Knock Off is used to allow Mamoswine to cripple defensive Pokemon such as Rotom-H, Ferrothorn, and Rotom-W. If other Knock Off users such as Clefable and Ferrothorn are on Mamoswine's team, Stone Edge is a viable alternative to smack Rotom-H. A Jolly nature as it allows Mamoswine to outpace Jolly Dracovish and Necrozma, as well as speed tie with Togekiss and Chandelure. Adamant is a viable alternative however if these threats can be dealt with, as Adamants power boost can be very helpful, most notable against physically defensive Corviknight. Oblivious, while useful in preventing Intimidate from lowering Mamoswine's attack, is rather situational due to the lack of Intimidate users in the metagame. In addition, the only viable Intimidate users in the tier, Incineroar and Arcanine, lose to Mamoswine anyway. Thick Fat, on the other hand, improves Mamoswine's matchup against Rotom-H, as well as allowing it switch into Choice Specs Kyurem's Ice attacks in niche situations.

Late game cleaners such as Zeraora, Dragapult, and Excadrill can take advantage Mamoswine's ability to break through common defensive Pokemon such as Seismitoad and Rotom-H to clean up late game after Mamoswine leaves enough holes in the opponents team. Due to Mamoswine's decidedly average bulk and lack of useful resistances, it primarily relies on momentum via U-Turn or Volt Switch to get into battle. Pokemon that can get Mamoswine into battle against bulky Pokemon like Toxapex and Mandibuzz it can force out such as Dragapult, Corviknight, and Teleport Clefable make excellent partners. Mamoswine's poor speed tier means it is often forced out by faster offensive Pokemon such as Terrakion and Excadrill. Defensive Pokemon such as Toxapex and the aforementioned Corviknight can pivot into threatening offensive Pokemon to protect Mamoswine. Lastly, Choice Specs Kyurem paired with Mamoswine form a devastating Ice-spam core that can quickly overwhelm Ice-resistant Pokemon such as Rotom-H.

Thick Fat's definitely the better ability to use on Mamoswine, but I wouldn't call Oblivious entirely worthless. It now has the ability to block Intimidate this gen, although admittedly, there currently aren't that many viable Intimidate users in OU. If anything, I'd slightly rewrite that point to reference the Intimidate-immunity, but mention how it's highly situational and the positives Thick Fat brings are more ideal.

Mamoswine's bone chilling power, along with an amazing offensive typing, make Mamoswine an excellent wallbreaker in the metagame. Ice Shard gives Mamoswine very powerful priority that allows it to revenge kill faster offensive threats such as Zeraora, Dragapult, and Venusaur under the sun after some prior damage. Zeraora isn't very prone to being revenge killed by Ice Shard, keeping it at Dragapult and Venusaur is fine. If you'd really like a 3rd example, mention Hydreigon. Knock Off is used to allow Mamoswine to cripple defensive Pokemon such as Rotom-H, Ferrothorn, and Rotom-W. You should definitely add a mention of Stone Edge here; it's the preferable option alongside other Knock Off users like Toxapex, Ferrothorn, and Clefable. A Jolly nature is preferred as Adamant doesn't pick up any notable benchmarks, while Jolly allows Mamoswine to outpace Jolly Choice Band Dracovish and Necrozma, as well as speed tie with Togekiss and Chandelure. There's no need to specify Choice Band Dracovish here. Thick Fat is the best ability for Mamoswine, as Oblivious is pretty much worthless on an offensive Pokemon on Mamoswine. Thick Fat isn't just better because Oblivious is useless. In fact, blocking Intimidate is incredibly useful for an offensive Pokemon like Mamoswine. However, it's still not prefered because of the lack of notable Intimidate users in OU. Thick Fat, on the other hand, improves Mamoswine's matchup against Rotom-H, as well as allowing it switch into Choice Specs Kyurem's Ice attacks in extreme niche situations.

Late game cleaners such as Zeraora, Hawlucha, and Choice Scarf Terrakion can take advantage Mamoswine's ability to break through common defensive Pokemon such as Toxapex, Seismitoad and Hippowdon Rotom-H to clean up late game after Mamoswine leaves enough holes in the opponents team. Mamoswine doesn't really fit onto the same kinds of teams as Hawlucha or Choice Scarf Terrakion. Zeraora's a fine mention, make sure to mention another Pokemon like Excadrill alongside it. Toxapex and Hippowdon aren't super relevant mentions either, as they're realistically not going to be staying in against Mamoswine very often. I think Rotom-H is a better example because Mamoswine's actually very good at overwhelming it over the course of a game. Due to Mamoswine's decidedly average bulk and lack of useful resistances, it primarily relies on momentum via U-Turn or Volt Switch to get into battle. Pokemon that can get Mamoswine into battle against bulky Pokemon it can force out such as Dragapult, Corviknight, and Jirachi make excellent partners. Clefable's a prime example that absolutely has to be mentioned here. Also, make sure to mention a few examples when you say "against bulky Pokemon it can force out". Mamoswine's poor speed tier means it is often forced out by faster offensive Pokemon such as Keldeo, Terrakion, and Excadrill. Defensive Pokemon such as Toxapex, the aforementioned Corviknight, and Seismitoad can pivot into threatening offensive Pokemon to protect Mamoswine. Seismitoad isn't a very good pivot into either Pokemon. There definitely needs to be a mention of Kyurem too, as Mamoswine paired with Kyurem, can overwhelm typical Ice-resistant Pokemon quite handily.
