Manaphy Egg Nature predetermined?

does it share the same rule as other eggs? There's this guy trying to unload one on me, but I don't want it if it's not timid.

The nature is set once you take it from the guy at the PokeMart. So if some guy is trying to give you an egg that the nature and IVs will always be the same.

The nature can be changed though by soft resetting in front of the PokeMart guy.
