[SET COMMENTS]
* Acid Armor should be used against Ursaluna, Metagross, and Choice Band Hoopa-U.
* Take Heart is Manaphy's preferred way of boosting its Special Defense, as it allows Manaphy to bypass being burned by Will-O-Wisp + Hex Spectrier sets.
* Scald's ability to burn can further hinder physical attackers with Swords Dance, such as some Garchomp and Haxorus sets.
* The HP and Special Defense EVs allow Manaphy to survive Earth Power from Choice Specs Landorus twice after using Take Heart, while the Special Attack EVs allow Manaphy to OHKO it back with with a Take Heart-boosted Scald. The Speed EVs allow Manaphy to outspeed and defeat non-Icy Wind Primarina, and the remaining EVs are invested in Defense.
* Combined with Acid Armor and Take Heart, Sitrus Berry further enhances Manaphy's ability to safely use these moves against Pokemon like Choice Band Dragapult. After boosting up its defensive stats, Manaphy can start using Scald to KO the foe.
* Stall Manaphy struggles against strong Electric-type attackers, like Raging Bolt and Zapdos. It also struggles with Taunt and Encore users, such as Corviknight, Iron Valiant, and Alolan Ninetales. Teammates like both Landorus forms, Ursaluna, and Garchomp are appreciated, as they can deal with Electric-types, while teammates like Booster Energy Iron Crown can handle many of the Taunt and Encore users in the tier.

* Acid Armor is Manaphy's best way of boosting its Defense and should be used against Ursaluna, Metagross, and Choice Band Hoopa-U.
* Despite having less PP than Calm Mind, Take Heart is Manaphy's preferred way of boosting its Special Defense, as it allows Manaphy to bypass being burned by Will-O-Wisp + Hex sets of Spectrier and Dragapult (inaccurate as it almost certainly still loses to cm, also wisp pult never sees play and isnt worth mentioning).
* Scald is Manaphy's best attacking move, as its ability to burn can further hinder physical attackers with Swords Dance, such as some Garchomp and Haxorus sets.
* The HP and Special Defense EVs allow Manaphy to survive Earth Power from Choice Specs Landorus twice after using Take Heart, while the Special Attack EVs allow Manaphy to OHKO Landorus back with Scald (should reword this to make it explicit that you ohko landorus after a take heart boost). The Speed EVs allow it to outspeed and defeat non-Icy Wind Primarina and Choice Specs Sylveon. The remaining EVs are invested in Defense.
* Manaphy should often try to use Acid Armor against physical attackers and Take Heart against special attackers. (self-explanatory/repeat info) Combined with its defensive moves, Sitrus Berry further enhances Manaphy's ability to safely use these moves against Pokemon like Choice Band Haxorus (unnerve). Manaphy can then either attempt to stall opposing attackers out of attacking moves (this is fine but include an example, i cant name a matchup where mana would rather pp stall than scald off the top of my head) or attempt to start boosting its Special Attack with Take Heart to easily KO with Scald.

* Scald is Manaphy's best attacking move as its (also filler) ability to burn can further hinder physical attackers with Swords Dance, such as some Garchomp, Scizor and Haxorus sets.
* The HP and Special Defense EVs allow Manaphy to survive Earth Power from Choice Specs Landorus twice after using Take Heart (a part of me wants this written differently but i don't know how to word it correctly, i think gp might though, i just think it's a bit clunky but that's just my opinion), while the Special Attack EVs allow Manaphy to OHKO Landorus back with with a Take Heart boosted Scald afterwards. The Speed EVs allow it to outspeed and defeat non-Icy Wind Primarina and Choice Specs Sylveon (252+ SpA Choice Specs Pixilate Sylveon Hyper Voice vs. +1 252 HP / 28 SpD Manaphy: 168-198 (41.5 - 49%) -- guaranteed 3HKO and 252+ SpA Choice Specs Pixilate Sylveon Hyper Voice vs. +2 252 HP / 28 SpD Manaphy: 127-150 (31.4 - 37.1%) -- 83.4% chance to 3HKO, it's very likely you can't take heart a third time so you're forced to rest. 80% chance to 3hko, not very good example). The remaining EVs are invested in Defense.

I removed it because I couldn't find anything, neither could bird, so I think it's just fine to remove, there's not too much pressure to pp stall things that don't have taunt in this meta.

Also, I think order of use wise + importance wise, Acid Armor + Take Heart should be before Scald because it's not Scald that really distinguishes this set from the others, but rather it's the two defensive stat boosting moves.

Outside of that I've made all the changes.

bern lmk if you're good to 2/2 without those changes.
