[OVERVIEW]
-With a sky-high attack stat thanks to Pure Power, Medicham-Mega is one of the most fearsome wallbreakers in the tier.
-Solid STAB attacks such as High Jump Kick and Zen Headbutt, which hit the majority of the meta for Super Effective or neutral damage.
-Good coverage allows it to hit many of the Pokemon who normally would resist it.
-Access to priority to chip away at opposing teams, and remedy its low speed.
-Offers low defensive utility.
-Average speed could be a hindrance when facing Hyper Offense/Weather/Trick Room

Moves
========

-High Jump Kick's incredible base power, combined with Mega Medicham's huge attack stat, deals heavy damage to the opposing team, even 2HKOing Cyclohm and OHKOing Arghonaut.
-Zen Headbutt completes Medicham's STAB coverage, enabling it to hit many fighting-resistant Pokemon such as Toxapex, Revenankh, and most importantly, Tomohawk.
-Ice Punch rounds out Medicham's coverage options, nailing Landorus-T, Necturna, Gliscor and (mega) Latios/Latias.
-Alternatively, Thunder Punch could be used in this slot, allowing Medicham to break through bulky Water Types such as Mantine and Slowbro, as well as breaking traditional counters such as Sableye-Mega. However, it worsens the match up vs one of the most common Pokemon in the tier, Landorus-T, as well as the Lati twins.
-Fake Out deals chip damage and allows Mega Medicham to revenge kill weakened offensive threats such as Volkraken, Tapu Koko, and Aurumoth.

Set Details
========

-Maximum Attack and Speed investment allow Mega Medicham to hit as hard and as fast as possible.
-A Jolly nature is preferred in order to outspeed Pokemon such as Volkraken, Landorus-T, and Jumbao. An adamant nature can be used if the extra speed is of no concern to the team.
-An Adamant nature also allows Mega Medicham to deal with Landorus easier, as well as ensuring a 2HKO onto Clefable
-Telepathy is used before Mega Evolving as it reduces Foul Play damage, as well as giving any Dittos the wrong ability.

Usage Tips
========

-Opposing Ghost-types can switch into High Jump Kick, causing Mega Medicham to take crash damage.
-The same goes for Protect users, such as Ferrothorn and Celesteela, who, with proper prediction, can dodge High Jump Kick
-Mega Medicham has low defensive stats, so switching into even resisted hits are not advised.
-Use Mega Medicham's teammates to generate as much momentum as possible for it. U-turn, Volt Switch and Parting shot all accomplish this, as well as aggressive double switching.

Team Options
========

-U-turn, Volt Switch and Parting Shot users such as Krilowatt, Tornadus-T, Kerfluffle and Volkraken are excellent partners alongside Mega Medicham, as they generate momentum, provide chip damage, and give Mega Medicham ample opportunities to come in and fire off a strong attack.
-Entry hazard setters such as of Greninja, Ferrothorn, Pyroak and Arghonaut also work well with Mega Medicham, wearing down teams while they try to counter Medicham.
-Pursuit users such as Weavile and Colossoil annoy many of Medicham's checks, such as Psychic and Ghost types, and can potentially eliminate them, easing up prediction when using Medicham.
-Mega Medicham punches holes into opposing teams, so late-game cleaners that benefit from having their checks weakened such as Tapu Lele, Tapu Koko or Volkraken appreciate Medicham's power, and provide a way to win the game.
-In particular, Tapu Koko and Tapu Lele offer Medicham increased wallbreaking power, by boosting either Thunder Punch or Zen Headbutt, respectively, using their terrains.
-When pairing Mega Medicham with Tapu Lele, it is important to remember that Psychic Terrain blocks priority effects.

Other Options

=============
-Bullet Punch can be used along side Fake out to ease Medicham's match up versus Offense.
-Drain Punch can be used if predicting Protects is difficult, as it does not incur any crash damage on missed attacks. The power difference is noticeable, however.

Checks and Counters
===================

Ghost-types: Since Ghost-type Pokemon are immune to High Jump Kick, Mega Medicham has to be played quite carefully when they are on the opposing team. Sableye-Mega, Kitsunoh, Gengar, and Pajantom either resist/are immune to Zen Headbutt, or can outspeed and force out Medicham.

Bulky Psychic-types: Bulky Psychic-type Pokemon such as Mew, Mega Slowbro and Reuniclus can easily take either one of Medicham's STAB attacks, and can force it out with the threat of crippling it with status, or boosting on it.

Fairy Types: With proper predictions, Fairy type Pokemon can shut down Medicham. Pokemon such as Clefable and defensive Jumbao can take a hit, while other Fairy types such as Diancie-Mega, Tapu Koko and Kerfluffle can force out Medicham.

Faster Offensive Pokemon: Faster Offensive Pokemon such as Latios-Mega, Pinsir-Mega, Tapu Koko, and Tornadus-T all outspeed Mega Medicham and threaten Medicham with their strong STAB moves, due to its low bulk.
