ORAS OU Mega Beedrill/speed tran(need help)

This is my first time posting here on Smogon, and I'm very excited to get started. Why I'm posting here is to get some help with a team that involves my favorite pokemon mega beedrill. I'm not a new player I have been playing for about a year and a half, but I'm stuck in that vacuum between the 1350 and 1500 points on the ladder. So without further ado. Let's see the team so far!

P.S ANY FEEDBACK IS AWESOME!

Beedrill...what can I say? Game Freak gave us a Mon that was entirely sub standard. Then sixth generation came out. And when I first used this mega I was stunned at its stats. They sent his attack soaring along with his speed. He remains a glass canon that is weak to the curse of rocks, but his u-turn is INSANE. Here's the set so far.

Beedrill) (M) @ Beedrillite
Ability: Sniper
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Protect
- U-turn
- Poison Jab
- Knock Off

Protect is obvious. His defenses suck so as he megas he protects. U-turn....OMG that power. Poison jab is a secondary stab, and then knock of too get rid of items and kill those lati's jirachi's a d gengars. So far I have loved this set from the beginning, it's power and speed are awesome and paired with a volt turn partner it's awesome.

Rotom.gif

This thing. Everyone has one. It's mono weakness is amazing. It's bulk, ability, and movepool make it very useful.

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 220 Def / 40 Spe
Bold Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

Everyone has used and been frustrated by this set before. Everyone knows the ev's. It's quite simple and straight forward. It wisps and rock or equivalent users that threaten The bee.

heatran.gif

Heatran @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Ancient Power
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
- Magma Storm

Heatran is not my favorite pokemon at all but it has great synergy with rotom and my man bee. It demolishes t-flame. And clef if it doesn't pull it's usual cm t wave carp. No set up please

mega_slowbro_gif_by_thegamingdrawer-d7vbg92.gif

Slowbro @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 176 Def / 80 SpD / 4 Spe
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Psyshock
- Calm Mind
- Slack Off

This pokemon is one of my favorites. It's great defense and typing are the best. You may ask about the special defense Ev's, but they are cool. I have seen so many Damn sceptiles running around it's annoying. After 1 cm bro lives a leaf storm at full.

Jirachi @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Iron Head
- U-turn
- Ice Punch
- Zen Headbutt

Admittedly this is where I need help. I stuck jirachi on this team bc I was having kyruem- B troubles. It goes flinch....flinch....flinch....rage quit. I don't have a form of dealing with chomp that's reliable and I am undecided on a sixth Mon.

Thank you for reading! This is my first post and will not be my last! Help includes suggestions on Ev pokemon choice moves or just general tips!

The sixth Mon has been chosen!

Excadrill (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin
This thing works great

A good option for a last Mon would probably be a Defog Lati@s (whichever you prefer). Would give you a good Special Attacking threat that can clear away those cursed entry hazards. Just beware of Bisharp switchers (Heatran should be able to handle that job). The rest of the team is solid, and I think one of the Lati's would be a nice addition (beware of running 3 Psychics though). Another suggestion could be to run a Rapid Spinner (Excadrill/Starmie/Donphan) to give your team some depth and ground coverage.

How come Beedrill has 252 Sp.A? Change that to Attack or maybe it was just a typo lol.
But let's get down to business. I see your team is pretty stall weak and doesn't really have any hazard removers whatsoever so I'll focus on that for now.
Here's what I recommend for your 6th Pokemon, an offensive Excadrill! Given Mold Breaker, this Pokemon passes through frustrating Stall Pokemon such as Unaware Quagsire and gives you a free OHKO on Sturdy users like Magnezone and Rotom Wash. Sand Rush is another good variant, but you don't really have any sand support, so this one works better.

Excadrill @ Focus Sash
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin

Or you can try using the underrated bird since you have plenty of steel pokemon to back it up. This one works a bit better against stealth chomp since it has toxic, so you can just toxic/defog stall to force it to dragon tail and keep coming back without having to struggle with the rough skin/helm damage. It also works a heck of a lot better against mega metagross and Zard X and knocks out set up attackers thanks to foul play, which does more damage if the opposing Pokemon has boosted attack. a.k.a ddance and swords dance users.

Mandibuzz @ Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat
Happiness: 0
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Foul Play
- Roost
- Defog
- Toxic

You can also try giving Heatran Toxic over Ancient Power so you can trap and kill off Chansey better with the taunt+magma storm trapping duo. Don't worry, you can just taunt Talonflame if anything and go to Rotom-Wash, another extremely good counter to it. Doing this will help you handle stall teams better.

Jirachi is actually a reliable switch in to Kyurem Black so keep it. If you're having issues with it, I suggest going defensive and making it a Sp.D wall since Kyurem Black is mostly a special attacker with outrage. Don't worry, it eats up and resists dragon type attacks so that would be the least of your worries in the future. Here's the set I recommend and personally use if you want to give it a shot.

Fireworks (Jirachi) @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
Careful Nature
- Iron Head
- Body Slam
- Fire Punch
- Wish or Healing Wish
