Mega Blastoise and the spikey hairdos

My current team features an attempt to balance out each other. I dont use entry hazards or screens but I need to get rid of them, thus I decided on using MBlastoise and the team surrounded him.

Blastoise @ Blastoisinite
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Water Pulse
- Dark Pulse
- Aura Sphere

The bulky Sweeper/Spin Support of the team. Dark, Water and Fighting move coverage makes him a a force to reckon with.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 232 HP / 168 SDef / 108 Spd
Calm Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Psychic
- Heal Bell
- Recover

Never used a legendary in my team before but I love the utility this little celebrity brings to my team.

Gengar @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Sludge Wave
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt
- Focus Blast

The speed demon special sweeper of the team. Pretty straight forward.

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 6 Spd
Timid Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Air Slash
- Roost
- Dazzling Gleam

An annoying support for the team.

Lucario @ Choice Band
Ability: Justified
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Blaze Kick
- Crunch
- Bullet Punch

The choice banded destroyer. Too bad MLucario is banned, but it still doesnt change te fact that this guy is deadly and bloody cool.

Tyranitar @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Crunch
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake

I dont know why I kept him here but he has been useful thus far.

I would really appreciate a critique of the party. It feels incomplete to me. The roles of Togekis and Tyranitar seem redundant.

Hey just wanted to say before any real deal team raters get on that your descriptions need to be at least 3 lines long (explain why you used certain EV's or move sets) and don't be afraid to add some color here or there (if these don't change you risk having your RMT locked ;~;). BUT all that aside hello there Ninchil, one thing I was noticing was some of the major threats to this team. One of the biggest ones being Choice Banded Scizor. With a band it can OHKO every single one of your Pokemon bar Mega Blastoise and can always U-turn out if you swap it in. I suggest swapping out your Tyranitar for a Heatran. In doing so you have a reliable way to beat Scizor or at least force him to get up out. This gives you another steel type giving you more resists as well as gives you a fire type that is one of the best Stealth Rock setters in the OU meta game, which quite honestly was something else your team was missing. Stone Edge with 0 Atk EV's does more damage than Ancient Power does with 4 SAtk as well as most of the mons you use it on (Gyarados, Mega Charizard-Y, etc) have more SDef than Def. Lava Plume is the go to fire move for a SDef Heatran and the last move depends on if you want a phazer (Roar) or if you would like a reliable way to beat other Heatrans (Earth Power).

On Lucario you run the risk of being outplayed by an Aegislash rather easily. Try swapping out Crunch for Earthquake in order to not having to predict whether Aegislash will King's Shield or if he will not. You have a reliable way to deal with almost all other ghosts that are seen in OU with your other moves. Blaze Kick hits Aegislash and Trevanent, EQ hits Aegislash and Chandelure, so on and so forth. You don't have a way of hitting Gengar for super effective damage anymore, but with teammates like Mega Blastoise (Dark Pulse) you won't need to.

Seeing as how your Celebi is rather specially defense, I recommend trying out physically defensive Togekiss over a specially defensive one in order to have one and one. The EV spread looks like so: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SAtk. 248 HP is used over 252 HP simply because this gives you what is called a Stealth Rock number. What this gives you is an odd number of HP so that you can swap in on Stealth Rocks and take 24% rather than 25% essentially granting you one more swap in before dying. Making sure your EV's are odd really only helps Pokemon with Life Orb's or if they are Stealth Rock weak. It's nothing major but can certainly come in handy if you need Togekiss to stick around all game. Really all I saw that needed some critiquing, good luck with the team and don't hesitate to hit me up if you need some more help.
Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge
- Lava Plume
- Earth Power/Roar
