Mega-Chompnado.

A team where the star player is Mega Garchomp, what a surprise. Critique is appreciated and needed.

The Star:

Garchomp(M) @ Garchompnite
Ability: Rough Skin(Sand Force)
EVs: 224 Atk, 32 Sp.Atk, 252 Spd
Naughty Nature
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Fire Blast
-Draco Meteor

A mixed set Garchomp, excuse me, MEGA Garchomp is the main deal of my team. People don't always expect the Draco Meteor coming off of this thing, so it can come in and wreck face rather easily from an unprepared opponent. Sand Force boosting its Earthquake damage makes so most things are a guaranteed 2HKO from this thing, and steel types beware because I pack the Fire Blast too. Completely unexpected and a force to be reckoned with, he's the star, but what good's a celebrity without his supporting cast? I'll tell you what..... Not that great!

The Co-Star:

Tyranitar(M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sp.Def, 4 Def
Sassy Nature
-Ice Beam
-Crunch
-Pursuit
-Rock Slide

The sand starter and Garchomp's BFF. While not having Stealth Rocks on this thing is annoying, I can make due by having its UTTER TANKINESS thanks to Assault Vest and the EV spread. Rock Slide is my personal choice over Stone Miss, but I can't deny the power that it has.I picked Ice Beam simply because Gliscor is a huge pain in my ass and Garchomp already packs Fire Blast, so having two seems a bit redundant. Granted, it may not be a terrible idea after all. Pursuit and Crunch round out the set by either being a powerful STAB, or to do damage to flee from scared targets.

Aegislash(M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sp.Atk, 4 Atk
Quiet Nature
-King's Shield
-Shadow Ball
-Sacred Sword
-Shadow Sneak

The mighty weapon that has brought OU to its knees. Aegislash is more or less the typical set that runs Shadow Ball over Swords Dance. I really can't say too much about this Aegislash, since it's the epitome of 'standard', so here he is in all his glory. I've considered Flash Cannon over Shadow Sneak before, though I feel like having Shadow Sneak can be rather useful at times. Granted, NOT having Swords Dance feels like it could hurt at times since I have no real set up sweeper. Regardless, it's still a rather powerful threat on its own merits, and can be very nasty if left unchecked.

Rotom-W @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Spd
Bold Nature
-Volt Switch
-Will-o-Wisp
-Hydro Pump
-Rest

Yawn, a standard Rotom set. However, here's the catch. I don't think my EV spread is any good. If anyone could help me there, I would be ever so grateful. Anyway, on to the set..... It's a standard Chesto-Resto Rotom-W set with Volt Switch.... I really can't think of much else to say here since it's the epitome of normal in the current meta. This one description may run a bit short, but really... You've seen this thing countless times online and heck, you probably run one yourself.

Gliscor(M) @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP, 200 Def, 56 Spd
Impish Nature
-Earthquake
-Substitute
-Toxic
-Taunt

The bane of my existence and yet one of my favorite Pokemon. I consider Gliscor a huge pain in the ass to play against, but hilariously fun to play with simply because it has soo many ways it can make your opponent rage at it. Taunt makes it so opponents can't just set up on you, and then you laugh as you poison ALL the things and slam them with your mighty Earthquakes. Opponent bring out something big and scary? Throw down a substitute and heal it off with Poison Heal. Protect is an option, though I feel that not having any of my current moves would be an issue.

Excadrill(M) @ Air Balloon
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP
Jolly Nature
-Earthquake
-Iron Head
-Rock Slide
-Rapid Spin

Redundant? Maybe. Fun? Yes. Considering that the Mega Chomp set I run doesn't always need sand up, I decided to put Excadrill in my last slot because, well, why not? Mold Breaker is damn strong and since I don't really have any hazards, I'd rather not have to deal with hazards on my field. Iron Head, Rock Slide and Earthquake are all good coverage, and Rapid Spin, like I said, is for getting rid of those nasty hazards. Adamant could be an alternate nature, but since I'm not using Sand Rush, I think that the extra speed investment would be useful. I could also do away with Rapid Spin entirely, but I'd rather not.

Anyway, I need help, I know... So any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Problems I feel I have:

No hazards. I'd love to run Stealth Rocks on Tyranitar, but is losing the Assault Vest the best idea? I'd be perfectly fine with running a hazard setter, like Mamoswine or Landorus-T.

Mega Garchomp. Thematically, I love him, but is he really that good? I could see the mega slot going to someone else, like Pinsir since I lack a setup sweeper.

Gliscor. I love Gliscor, but sometimes I feel like Gastrodon would be better.

All in all, I just need help balancing my team out.

Okay what I'm feeling is you should have Garchomp just not mega..

Something like

Garchomp
Tyranitar
Rotom Wash
Excadrill

Then your last two spots can be something that can wall Dragons etc. Maybe have a Mega Mawile or Togekiss but I really like Greninja as a hazard setter.

Greninja
Focus sash
-Ice Beam
-Hydro Pump
-Spikes
-Toxic Spikes

252 Spe/ 252 Spa/ 4 Hp

Then give Tyranitar Stealth Rock

Also have it look like

Greninja
Tyranitar
Garchomp

3 More

I feel Excadrill, Talonflame, and also Rotom Wash would work. Just lead with Greninja though to set up some hazards etc.
