Hi, everybody! I just wanted to create a thread regarding one of my favorite teams I made! Mega diancie is a big threat in ou with impressive stats and a great ability in magic bounce.

Diancie-Mega @ Diancite
Ability: Clear Body
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Protect
- moonblast
- Diamond Storm
- Earth Power

With this spread, Diancie can still ohko major threats like volcanion after rocks, dragonite after rocks, mega pinsir, heatran, magnezone, the lati twins after rocks, tankchomp after rocks, bisharp, mega medicham, and many more threats. Earth power, in my humble opinion, is much better that hidden power fire due to the fact you dont have to sacrifice a speed IV and you can speed tie with lati@s and other base 110's. Protect allows Diancie to reach her full potential and get her stat boost. Diancie is a great check to bird spam, and a can act as a pivot when switching in on status moves.

Serperior @ Leftovers
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe
- Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Substitute
- Glare

This is my absolute favorite serperior set, and it can clean sweep unprepared teams. It pairs well with diancie because it checks all the water and grass types that counter diancie; likewise, diancie can beat talonflam and other flying types that shut serperior down. Glare can paralyze everything apart from electric types and can make anything slower than other hard hitters on the team. Substitute protects us from status, and due to serp's somewhat natural bulk he can take a hit before it breaks.

Victini @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- V-create
- Bolt Strike
- U-turn
- Zen Headbutt

next, I added a choice scarf victini to the squad. With a choice scarf victini can outspeed almost anything apart from other choice scarf usuers. Victini that really put momentum in your favor. Victini's useful STAB hits pokemon that diancie and serperior cant do, seeing s poision types would be a threat otherwise. Victini hard counters pokemon like mega venusaur, amoongus, skarm, and most steel types.

Landorus-Therian @ Rocky Helmet
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 8 SpD / 8 Spe
Ability: Intimidate
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Knock Off

Lando T, again in my opinion, is at the moment the best pokemon in OU up there with clefable and keldeo. Defensive Lando-T is a complete wall espesially with its useful ability intimidate. I decided to run knock off over u-turn because it allows us to check other landos and pokemon that dont want their item knocked off. Lando is our only hazard setter, so getting up rocks is a main priority.

Tornadus-Therian @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 96 HP / 160 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Hurricane
- Superpower
- U-turn
- Knock Off

Tornadus T, also another huge threat in OU is on this team rocking an assault vest to sponge most special hits with ease. Hurricane is an insanely strong move that when paired with other coverage moves like superpower, knock, and u-turn Torn can hit a majority of OU super effectively. Tornadus can weaken bulkier mons to support sweeps from serp, victini, or Diancie.

Starmie @ Life Orb
Ability: Illuminate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Psyshock
- Recover
- Rapid Spin

Starmie is the last mon I added because I needed hazard control apart from magic bounce Diancie. Scald and psyshock are STAB recover is a source for reliable recovery due to the fact that this team really lacks it. Starmie is a speedy hard hitting monster that can help the team stay healthy with spin.

Anyway! That is the team, and I would love some feedback seeing as it is my first team on RMT. Some major threats to this team is Gengar, weavile, bisharp, and scarf lando can be VERY problematic.

Thank you!

Mega Diancie is a decent mega to build around right now and you support it well with Victini being able to deal with most of Diancie's switchins. One thing I noticed is that you have no good dark resists and you rely a lot on scarf Victini to check multiple pokemon such as Weavile, Starmie, +1 Gyarados, Magnezone, fast electrics, etc. In addition, Victini is also weak to Stealth Rocks and fast pokemon will eventually overpower your team.

I think Tornadus-T is the most expandable member of the team as Victini is the revenge killer and Starmie switches into Keldeo. Therefore, Tornadus-T should be replaced by Klefki. Klefki is a nice mon that deals with Lati@s and Weavile and it paralyzes Gengar and rain sweepers which all threaten your team. It gives your team another source of speed and fairy control and provides Spikes which weakens the opposing team for a late-game Victini/Diancie clean up.

Another change I would like to see is for you to use max attack Diancie. This set allows you to have a chance of 2HKOing Clefable, which is a S rank pokemon btw. Victini and maybe Serperior would be your Clef switch-ins and they both hating getting paralyzed due to their nice speed tiers. Damaging Clefable more means that Clefable will most likely use Softboiled more instead of spamming Thunder Wave.

Since you have Thunder Wave on Klefki, it would be better to replace Glare on Serperior with Leech Seed. Leech Seed helps Serperior weaken V-Create resists like Heatran and Charizard.

I recommend making Landorus-T fully defensive with Rocky Helmet to punish U-turn spammers like opposing scarf Landorus-t, which, according to you, is a threat to your team. Also U-turn should replace Knock Off as U-turn gives you a lot of momentum.

Since this is an offensive team, I suggest making your Starmie fully offensive with Analytic and the moves Rapid Spin, Hydro Pump, Psyshock, and Hidden Power Fire. Psyshock hits Chansey harder and Hidden Power Fire lures in Ferrothorn and safely hits Scizor, which are both decent Mega Diancie switchins. I think HP Fire is more uncommon on Starmie which makes this an effective lure.

Here are the sets:
Klefki @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Spikes
- Thunder Wave
- Magnet Rise
- Dazzling Gleam

Diancie @ Diancite
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Moonblast
- Diamond Storm
- Earth Power
- Protect

Serperior @ Leftovers
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 1 Atk
- Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Substitute
- Leech Seed

Landorus-Therian @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 8 SpD / 8 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock

Starmie @ Life Orb
Ability: Analytic
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe
- Rapid Spin
- Hydro Pump
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Another change you may want to consider is replacing Scarf Victini with Scarf Heatran. I am not 100% sure on this change because I like Victini's ability to revenge Water types faster than Serperior, like Starmie and +1 Gyarados, its ability to spam U-turn and its V-Create is stronger and more accurate than Heatran's Fire Blast/Overheat. Of course, you could paralyze faster pokemon with Klefki but that sometimes means sacking Klefki which may or may not be the best play. On the other hand, Heatran is not weak to rocks and it's typing is defensively better. If you choose to use Heatran, you should also consider replacing Rapid Spin on Starmie with Recover since with the offensive pressure this team gives, it would be hard for the opponent to get any more hazards than Stealth Rock. Heatran is definitely a viable alternative though.

Heatran @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 28 HP / 252 SpA / 228 Spe
Timid Nature
- Overheat
- Flash Cannon
- Earth Power
- Stone Edge
Hopefully you will reach 1850+ with my changes :].
