XY OU Mega-Gallade, Bisharp, Rotom-W team

Gallade @ Galladite
Ability: Justified
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Zen Headbutt
- Close Combat
- Ice Punch

A very standard Gallade set, If I can get a SD off he just wrecks shop. Zen Headbutt and Swords Dance are fantastic stab moves. Ice Punch helps take out dragon's and ground types that threaten Bisharp. and the 252 speed IV's allows it to match Latias and Latios with 350 speed.

Bisharp @ Black Glasses
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head
- Pursuit

Bisharp is the second third of my core. It checks Ghost, Psychic, and Fairy threats to Gallade. Knock Off has great utility, and Sucker Punch gives him a awesomely strong priority move. Iron Head is a very powerful stab attack that takes care of fairies. Finally, my favorite part about this guy is pursuit, switching in on either Lati@s and wrecking them with pursuit when they try and switch out is so satisfying.

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 212 Def / 44 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Pain Split
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Volt Switch

Rotom-W is the final part of this core. The Will-O-Wisp cripples physical threats. Pain Split with the Leftovers gives him some recovery. Hydro Pump is a powerful stab move, and finally Volt Switch keeps the momentum up. He stops a lot of powerful offensive threats to this team, as Gallade and Bisharp aren't very bulky.

clefable.gif

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Wish
- Heal Bell
- Calm Mind

Clefable is my counter to Saybleye, which is it's most important role. However on top of that Unaware gives it great utility to switch in on beefed up Pokemon. Moonblast and Calm Mind ruin Saybleye's day. the 252 Def allows it to switch on Physical threats, take some damage and Wish it back. Wish also allows it to play cleric and heal up it's teammates. Heal Bell cures problematic burns on Gallade and Bisharp.

latias.gif

Latias (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 72 HP / 184 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Roost
- Defog
- Draco Meteor
- Thunderbolt

Latias is my all important Defogger. Stealth Rocks and Spikes ruin this teams day, as switch-ins are an extremely important part of its strategy. Roost gives her some nice recovery, and Draco Meteor is a very powerful stab move. Thunderbolt allows her to stop Mandibuzz and Slowbro.

heatran.gif

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 192 SpD / 68 Spe
Calm Nature
- Lava Plume
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock
- Earth Power

Finally I have a bulky Heatran. With Lava Plume it deals with Ferrothorn, Scizor, Skarmory, and other problematic Steel types. Toxic allows me to whittle away the health of non-steel walls. Stealth Rock is fantastic for dealing with Talonflame and Charizard. Earth Power does good damage to Terrakion and Keldeo on the switch in.

I honestly think you should replace Thunderbolt with Ice Beam on Latias. Garchomp can potentially threat your team with Gallade out of the way. Rotom-W can deal with Slowbro I think. Ice Beam is much more safe against Garchomp than Draco Meteor, imo. You're welcome and I'm glad to help. Even without my suggestion, I see great potential in your team!

The only problem I see is that you have no real switch-ins for Mold Breaker Excadrill. I would recommend running Landorus T to deal with it. What you would cut I'm not sure.

Hi there, Gallade and Bisharp are two Pokemon that form a pretty good core together, it's something I've personally used a lot. Here are some quick notes I hope will help you.

Gallade: I am really not a fan of Ice Punch on Gallade, I feel it's a pretty greedy option to be honest. You're better off running something like Knock Off for more utility against Ghost and Psychic Types. You say that you have trouble with Sableye, most likely Mega seeing as normal Sableye is pretty uncommon these days. Consider switching out Zen Headbutt for Skill Swap. It allows to get Magic Bounce from Sableye and prevent it from burning you. Knock Off and Close Combat after a Swords Dance or two is pretty much capable of breaking through most mons in the tier anyway.

Clefable and Rotom-W: I'm a bit iffy about these two to be honest. No reason to be running two physical walls. You don't really have a way to deal with bulky water types, so I would probably switch out Clefable for something else, maybe Choice Scarf Lando-T to avoid being basically demolished by Choice Scarf Mold Breaker Excadrill, which more or less destroys your team otherwise. Another option is to switch one of these to a Specially defensive set (Calm Mind Clef maybe?).

Latias: There isn't really any real reason to run Latias over Latios as a Defogger unless you want to run Healing Wish. Latios does more damage with Draco at the cost of being slightly less specially defensive, and you already have Heatran to soak up Special attacks. If you want to run Latias, replace Roost with Healing Wish so you can heal up one of your members from status/near death. Also consider Psyshock over Thunderbolt, you already have Rotom-W for Slowbro and Bisharp to threaten Mandibuzz from Defogging.

Heatran: There is no real reason to run the amount of speed you are currently using if you're not running Taunt. Run the full bulky spread with no Speed investment unless you decide to run Taunt.

Hope this helped.
