ORAS OU Mega Hera + Suicune Balance (Needs Work)

Hey everyone. I came up with a decent base for this team, but just can't come up with a way to cover the team's overall weaknesses. Any help would be much appreciated.

Heracross @ Heracronite
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 8 SpD / 248 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Substitute
- Focus Punch
- Rock Blast
- Pin Missile

I really wanted to build around Sub + Focus Punch Mega Hera because of how unexpected it was, and how it allows Mega Hera to abuse its already insane attack stat. EVs are pretty self-explanatory, and so are Rock Blast and Bullet Seed as coverage moves. This set is something I really don't want to change if possible.

Suicune @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Calm Mind
- Roar
- Rest

This set is pretty self-explanatory as well. I really wanted to try CM + Roar Suicune in order to phaze set up sweepers that try to set up alongside Suicune. EV spread is also very self explanatory, and works well for me. It covers the weakness my team has to Talonflame, and is necessary when running Mega Hera. This also functions as my win con.

garchomp.gif

Garchomp @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 HP / 156 Def / 100 Spe
Impish Nature
- Fire Blast
- Dragon Tail
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock

Fairly standard Tankchomp as my rock setter with enough investment to outspeed Bisharp. Fire Blast to deal with Steel types that give my team trouble as well as it functioning as a second Talonflame check as well as another check to physical attackers in general.

latias.gif

Latias @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 72 HP / 184 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Healing Wish
- Roost
- Draco Meteor
- Thunderbolt

Latias functions as my special attacker check, and as my cleric with healing wish. The spread is standard and allows it to check many powerful special attackers like Chary and Keldeo. It originally carried Defog, but I found that it placed too much stress on Latias and prevented it from doing its job. Even with the change, Latias is still the easiest mon on my team to pressure and is the base for the "house of cards" my team is.

ferrothorn.gif

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 84 Def / 168 SpD
Careful Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Power Whip
- Spikes
- Leech Seed

Ferrothorn is also a very important member on this team, and lays spike to help pressure the opposing team. It serves as a secondary check to special attackers, and takes some of the stress off Latias's back. Thunder Wave is a boon as it allows Mega Hera to outspeed and KO numerous threats it wouldn't be able to normally.

excadrill.gif

Excadrill @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Iron Head
- Rapid Spin
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide

Excadrill fills up a lot of holes on my team, acting as a spinner and revenge killer for numerous threats, especially the Zards and fast Electrics. It also serves as a secondary fairy check and is extremely necessary for my team.

Thanks for reading, please give suggestions below!

Medicham wrecks this team unless suicune gets a scald burn. Your best switch in is Latias which takes 70 percent from High Jump Kick.

That may be, but, Latias outspeeds it and can OHKO with Draco Meteor. Also if Mega medicham has prior damage, Excadrill can Ko with eq. So I don't think it's as bad a problem as you think it is.

Now onto my rate. On the whole, the team looks nice, but honestly, it does indeed lack a proper response to most stall teams that use sableye. M-Sableye can happily burn, set up and sweep. Also, once Heracross is mega-evolved, it loses guts and hence burns can be severely crippling. So, I would recommend using a more reliable cleric like Unaware Clefable. Clefable gives you a solid check against most set up sweerpers and also keeps Heracross healthy and ready to wreak teams. It doesn't give a shit about anythings sableye can do except maybe taunt XP.

Hope I helped :)
