Gen 6 Mega Heracross paralyzes you by destroying your bones! (Para-Spam OU 6G)

First of all, I'd like to point out that I'm French and there may be spelling mistakes in my texts. I apologize if that's the case.

How I came up with the idea for the team
At first, I wanted to test Excadrill Mold Breaker Swords Dance + 3 attacks to put pressure on bulky teams with a Serperior to paralyze its common checks like Tornadus-T or Talonflame (which easily come at it). But this forced me to play Excadrill without Rapid Spin, which is a big handicap in teambuilding (in 6G, we don't have many Pokémon to remove hazards).
In the end, I decided to switch offensive Excadrill to a bulky spinner with Rapid Spin and Stealth Rock, which allows me to play a Pokémon that really appealed to me: Static Zapdos, and replace it with a more monstrous offensive Pokémon that benefits from our future para-spam: Mega Heracross.

252+ Atk Heracross-Mega Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Skarmory: 160-189 (47.9 - 56.5%) -- 85.9% chance to 2HKO
252+ Atk Heracross-Mega Close Combat vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Tornadus-Therian: 168-198 (46.5 - 54.8%) -- 62.9% chance to 2HKO

Stall Breaker (Heracross-Mega) @ Heracronite
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 16 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def / 236 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- Pin Missile
- Rock Blast
- Swords Dance

So we start with our Mega, which has the advantage of thoroughly destroying anything slower that isn't called Doublade.
252+ Atk Heracross-Mega Rock Blast (5 hits) vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Eviolite Doublade: 45-55 (13.9 - 17%) -- approx. possible 6HKO (it's sad though :/).
Close Combat is here for the Fight STAB that does just enormous damage with its 185 attack and Adamant nature (it hits harder than Primal Groudon). Pin Missile serves as a Bug STAB move that makes big holes in Psychic Pokémon
(252+ Atk Heracross-Mega Pin Missile (5 hits) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Mew: 420-510 (103.9 - 126.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Heracross-Mega Pin Missile (5 hits) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Cresselia: 390-460 (87.8 - 103.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock)
and to take advantage of Skill Link, which gives it a Bug STAB move with 125 power (where Mega Ampharos lacks decent STAB moves to go with its 165 Special Attack).
Rock Blast serves as coverage, allowing you to hit Flying and Ghost Pokémon that resist our two STAB attacks.
252+ Atk Heracross-Mega Rock Blast (5 hits) vs. 248 HP / 228+ Def 30 IVs Zapdos: 330-390 (86.1 - 101.8%) -- approx. 0.4% chance to OHKO
+2 252+ Atk Heracross-Mega Rock Blast (5 hits) vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Cofagrigus: 220-260 (68.9 - 81.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery.
Swords Dance is there to support our insectoid bulldozer's damage output (as if it needed it) in order to open up stall teams, among other things. +2 252+ Atk Heracross-Mega Rock Blast (5 hits) vs. 252 HP / 136+ Def Altaria-Mega: 290-345 (81.9 - 97.4%) -- approx. 84.4% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock.
EVs in Speed allows you to outspeed Pokémon invested to outspeed Jolly Tyranitar.

AnneSoFruit (Serperior) @ Leftovers
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 56 HP / 200 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 1 Atk / 30 Def / 30 SpD / 30 Spe
- Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power [Rock]
- Glare
- Substitute

Serperior's main purpose is to attract Flying Pokémon and paralyze them so that our Mega can destroy them if they don't have priority, of course (Hi Talonflame!).
Otherwise, the set is fairly standard:
Leaf Storm uses Contrary to boost its Special Attack (although, with its Special Attack being a bit weak (or rather knackered) and the Grass-type's mediocre coverage, you'll have to prepare the field if you want to sweep with it).
Hidden Power Rock allows you to effectively hit Flying and Fire Pokémon (Hi Talonflame!) in order to lure them and help our Mega..
He's still stuck by Steel-type Pokémon. But hey, we have Zapdos that walls them and Mega Heracross who... You get the point.
As I said, the Pokémon's main interest lies in its access to Glare, which allows it to paralyze even Ground-type Pokémon that are immune to Thunder Wave.
Substitute will be there to avoid statuses and to scam the opponent by spamming this attack while waiting for the opposing Pokémon to be paralyzed. The investment prevents Rotom from breaking the clone with Hydro Pump.

PursuitMagnet (Latias) (F) @ Colbur Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Healing Wish
- Thunder Wave

Latias is our switch-in to Charizard Y, Volcanion, Thundurus, and more. It's played Utility with the Colbur Berry to make it less weak to Pursuit.
It's played with:
Thunderbolt to better manage Volcanion, Azumarill, and more.
Ice Beam weakens cumbersome Ground-type Pokémon to help Mega Heracross. This forms the famous Boltbeam combo.
Healing Wish to support the team and restore all its health to the Pokémon of our choice (randomly, Mega Heracross, which can't heal itself)
and Thunder Wave to complement the team's strategy.

Easter Bunny (Azumarill) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 240 HP / 244 Atk / 16 SpD / 8 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Waterfall
- Aqua Jet
- Knock Off

Azumarill's classic Assault Vest set provides Ice resistance and a switch-in to Charizard X, Keldeo, and Volcanion, for example.
In addition to the Water and Fairy STABs (by the way, Cascade goes really well with Paralysis), we play:
Aqua Jet for priority, and Knock Off offers good neutral coverage while removing the enemy's item.
The EV investment is classic.
The HP investment prevents Seismic Toss from 4HKOing him, the Special Defense investment allows you to reach 300 Special Defense with the Assault Vest (whatever that means), and the Speed is there to outpace other uninvested Pokémon at 50 Speed.

Thor-Boyaux (Zapdos) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Static
Hidden Power: Ice
EVs: 248 HP / 228 Def / 32 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 Def
- Volt Switch
- Heat Wave
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Roost

The famous Pokémon that makes Pokémon with U-turn sweat (between Rocky Helmet and Static...). It gives us a rather useful Flying resistance since the team is a bit lacking in it.
+2 252 Atk Aerilate Pinsir-Mega Return vs. 248 HP / 228+ Def 30 IVs Zapdos: 203-239 (53 - 62.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
180 SpA Life Orb Tornadus-Therian Hurricane vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Zapdos: 107-126 (27.9 - 32.8%) -- guaranteed 4HKO
Volt Switch allows you to pivot,
Heat Wave hits Steel and Grass-type Pokémon, and Hidden Power Ice effectively hits Ground-type Pokémon (especially Garchomp, Gliscor, and Landorus-T).
0 SpA Zapdos Hidden Power Ice vs. 240 HP / 0 SpD Garchomp: 240-284 (57.5 - 68.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
0 SpA Zapdos Hidden Power Ice vs. 252 HP / 8 SpD Landorus-Therian: 248-296 (64.9 - 77.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
0 SpA Zapdos Hidden Power Ice vs. 248 HP / 148 SpD Gliscor: 224-264 (63.4 - 74.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Poison Heal.
The defense investment allows you to withstand Choice Band Weavile's Icicle Crash and Mega Diancie's Diamond Storm, and the speed investment allows you to outpace even Jolly Tyranitar (and therefore slower than my Mega Heracross investment, if you've been keeping track).

Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 64 HP / 76 Def / 252 SpD / 116 Spe
Careful Nature
- Iron Head
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin

Excadrill is our bulky spinner capable of withstanding a lot of threats like Thundurus, Mega Gardevoir, Mega Diancie...
252 SpA Thundurus Focus Blast vs. 64 HP / 252+ SpD Excadrill: 240-284 (63.6 - 75.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
232 SpA Gardevoir-Mega Focus Blast vs. 64 HP / 252+ SpD Excadrill: 292-344 (77.4 - 91.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Diancie-Mega Earth Power vs. 64 HP / 252+ SpD Excadrill: 216-256 (57.2 - 67.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
Investing EVs in Defense allows it to withstand an Earthquake from Mega Metagross and a Knock Off from Choice Band Weavile at full health, and investing EVs in Speed allows it to outpace Pokémon with a base Speed of 70 full invested with its nature boost.
Besides, Magnezone isn't a problem for him at all.
252 SpA 30 IVs Magnezone Hidden Power Fire vs. 64 HP / 252+ SpD Excadrill: 124-146 (32.8 - 38.7%) -- 4.4% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery.

Conclusion:
I'm open to your feedback. I hope you enjoyed this RMT.

First of all I want to say that it is a cool idea to build with Mega Heracross, a mon that has huge upside but needs a good support cast to shine.

You are saying that Serperior's main purpose is to paralyze Flying-types, like Tornadus-T and Talonflame. For that I would recommend using another Serperior set, one that is EV'ed to withstand one Tornadus-T Hurricane, for example this one EVs: 208 HP / 48 SpA / 252 Spe. You could consider using a Coba Berry with Hidden Power Rocks to catch Talonflame off guard and remove it from the game. You could also consider making Serperior Rest over Substitute and give it a Chesto Berry. This would certainly help to provide more longevity and help with the Thundurus and Keldeo match up. I generally think that Hidden Power Rocks is better than Hidden Power Fire, since Zapdos covers the important Steel-types, while Rock hits the Flying-types super effective

Personally I am not a big fan of Life Orb Latias, because it too easily gets trapped by Tyranitar or Weavile, as well as the Life Orb chipping it down when you need it as a check to Charizard-Mega-Y and more Volcanion. A change your could make here would be to make it Colbur Berry. You would want to EV spread to be 248 HP, 8 SpA, 252 Spe in that case. To improve the matchup against Volcanion Thunderbolt, Ice Beam as attacking moves would be a considerable option. It would also give you a bit more pressure against the Ground-types that switch into Mega Heracross, such as Landorus-T and Garchomp.

Thanks for your feedback. It's true that HP Rock is more interesting, given that the two Flying-type Pokémon with priority (Talon and Pinsir-M) don't take Rock-type attacks well. Especially since it prevents opposing Zapdos from being able to PP Stall Serperior's Leaf Storm. However, I have the feeling that taking such a risk with a Coba Berry isn't necessarily a good idea, given that Zapdos can offer it a free paralysis. But is the Rest/Chesto set part of the investment you made, or is it just for the Coba Berry option?

Otherwise, the idea for Latias seems interesting to me. Do you have a visual of the set, please?

The investment for that Serp is to survive a Tornadus-T Hurricane, so it works on Rest/Chesto sets aswell.

I am not sure what you mean with a visual in that case, but here is the set:
Latias @ Colbur Berry
Level: 100
Timid Nature
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 Spe
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Thunder Wave
- Healing Wish
