Mega Heracross Team

I've been testing out a new mega Heracross team and it's been working pretty well considering I started to play competitively only last week. Please help me with it :D

Heracross (Heracross-Mega) (M) @ Heracronite
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Rock Blast
- Pin Missile
- Bullet Seed
- Close Combat

Basic Mega Heracross set
Rockblast to take care of flying+fire except Talonflame. Pin missle for STAB move.
Bullet seed for type coverage.
Close Combat over armthrust because close combat is way better

Scolipede (M) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Speed Boost
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spd / 4 Def
Jolly Nature
- Substitute
- Protect
- Baton Pass
- Iron Defense

I use my Scolipede to baton pass Iron Defenses and Speed Boosts to my Heracross.
It's completely shut down by taunting Pranksters (I.E Sableye Klefki) but usually a good set up.
It also functions as a physical wall if I can set up an Iron Defense without getting Taunted.

Galvantula (F) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Sticky Web
- Thunder
- Bug Buzz
- Volt Switch

My lead. I use it for the much needed speed drops for my team.
My Heracross really depends on the sticky web if my Scolipede is not able to baton pass.
It's also a nice special sweeper if it's not taken out in the first few turns of the match.

Aegislash (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 Atk / 128 Def / 128 SDef
Adamant Nature
- King's Shield
- Sacred Sword
- Shadow Sneak
- Swords Dance

Physical sweeper/wall.
Just a really good pokemon in general with nice coverage and utility.
I decided to go for a Swords Dance set over a mixed set because sometimes I Baton Pass Iron Defenses from Scolipede to Aegislash, giving my enough bulk to set up as many SD's as possible.

Goodra @ Assault Vest
Ability: Gooey
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Mild Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Ice Beam
- Dragon Tail
- Fire Blast

My special wall.
I use it to tank and sponge special moves.
Gooey is there to drop the speed of the physical moves that hit it.
Also a nice Latios/Latias/Salamence/Garchomp/Dragonite counter with Ice beam and Draco.

Heatran @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Fire Blast
- Flash Cannon
- Hidden Power [Rock]
- Earth Power

My talonflame and fairy killer.
Usually gets its job done, but sometimes gets killed from a airballooon break+earthquake.
It's kind of the staple to my team because I need Heatran to sponge certain hits that my other pokes can't tank.

My main weaknesses are stally Sableyes/Klefkis/Gliscors and Talonflames. How can I improve my team?

Hello there. Your descriptions are a bit short of the RMT minimum (3 lines per poke). I suggest adding more lines before the mods lock this thread up. The rest of the rules are found here.

I have some. Prepare for a wall of text though lol:
  • Mega Heracross is a great wallbreaker. However, he's quite slow and won't outspeed a lot even if you run 252 or even Jolly. I suggest a spread of 40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spd. It puts you ahead of 252 Adamant Bisharp. The spread can played around to outspeed threats that you feel Heracross should get the jump on, but you can use this for reference.
  • Your current Scolipede set is Taunt bait for Sableye and Thundurus. Scolipede also suffers from a severe case of 4MSS and can't carry everything at once. If you wish to continue with that current set, I suggest replacing Black Sludge with Mental Herb. Otherwise, you're better of running Megahorn in place of Iron Defense. Poison Jab is a viable option as well to nail those pesky Fairies, but the raw power of Megahorn is too good to pass up. Also, run a spread of 80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spd and a Jolly Nature to maximize Megahorn's damage output and outspeed Jolly Scarfchomp after 1 boost. Again, you could tweak the spread to your liking.
  • Galvantula's pretty standard. No comments there. But now you have 3 pokes Talonflame feasts on. I suggest replacing him with Physically Defensive Zapdos. Physically Defensive Zapdos stops Talonflame from spamming Brave Bird and threatens it with STAB Thunderbolt. He also has Defog which removes hazards from your side. Sure Sticky Web is hard to give up, but you're passing boosts anyway.
  • Your current Aegislash bait is walled hard by Mandibuzz and setup fodder for Clefable. Mandibuzz can also threaten Aegislash with Foul Play should Aegislash try to boost up. Unaware Clefable could simply rack up Calm Minds with little to fear. If you wish to continue running your current moveset, you might as well run a spread of 252 HP / 252 Atk and an Adamant or Brave nature. However, I suggest replacing it with the Tank spread and moveset taken from the analysis.
  • The Goodra set is pretty generic. I'd suggest you try out Sap Sipper > Gooey and Earthquake > Dragon Tail. Goodra's base 70 Defense accompanied by a -Defense nature won't let it take a lot of physical hits meaning Gooey won't be activating a lot. Sap Sipper is a pretty solid ability as it lets you switch in on Sleep Powders and Giga Drains while gaining a handy attack boost. Dragon Tail's -7 priority leaves him open to strong physical attacks. EQ hits Heatran which walls your set.
  • Heatran is quite a versatile poke and could fulfill many roles to fit in different teams. For your team, I recommend SpDef Heatran. Heatran's typing already allows him to stop Talonflame so you won't need to invest in a lot of Defense. Running a defensive set also allows you to run Stealth Rock, which turns some 2HKOs to OHKOS.
  • I think what your team lacks now is a solid win condition. Passing Speed Boosts to MegaCross is a bit unreliable at times imo.
Aegislash @ Leftovers
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 244 HP / 12 Def / 252 SAtk
Quiet Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Shadow Sneak
- Sacred Sword
- King's Shield

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 244 Def / 16 Spd
Bold Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Heat Wave
- Defog
- Roost

Heatran @ Air Balloon / Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SDef / 8 SAtk
Calm Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Lava Plume
- Toxic / Earth Power
- Roar / Ancient Power (use this over HP Rock lol)
Hope this wall of text helps lol. Welcome to Smogon and good luck with your team!!

EDIT: Added the Heatran set
