Kangaskhan (F) @ Kangaskhanite
Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Protect
- Sucker Punch
- Power-Up Punch
- Return
Mega kanga is my favorite mega, and this is most of the time my lead and sweeper. Often times this is kept a live throughout the game, and talonflame, gardevoir, and pachirisu are used as lead partners. I don't have fake out, although I do bring that pressure out. I use protect against other kangas or pokemon that can use fake out. I'll use power up punch when I get pachi support or I know I can get away with it. Usually I'm quite greedy with the +2 boost. Sucker punch is for priority, and return is my best STAB.
Talonflame @ Life Orb
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 84 HP / 252 Atk / 172 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Protect
- Taunt
- Flare Blitz
Talonflame has an EV spread that aims to maximize attack. The speed helps to outspeed most pokemon, other than scarf users. Brave bird is my go to move and the speed drop doesn't really matter because of gale wings priority. I try to use taunt to stop trick room and screen setters, and other things. Flare blitz is really only used against scizor, or ferro or stuff that resists flying, like thundurus.
Gardevoir @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Telepathy
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Moonblast
- Psyshock
- Thunderbolt
- Encore
I needed a pokemon that could take care of garchomp, salamence, and other dragons. Gardevoir fit the role best, because it's really the best fairy other than xerneas. Scarf helps to outspeed shaymin s, and modest helps me get OHKO on dragonite, garchomp, etc... Encore is for when gardevoir really can't do anything, and Psyshock gets special defense pokemon better. Moonblast is my go to stab, and thunderbolt is only used in situationals.
Pachirisu @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 156 Def / 100 SpD
Careful Nature
- Protect
- Follow Me
- Nuzzle
- Super Fang
Pachi is love. Pachi is life. All I can say after VGC was #newmeta. This is the standard pachi set for doubles, and I use it sometimes as lead, and sometimes to absorb electric attacks. I'm pretty good at using protect with my other pokemon and then nuzzling a faster threat. Usually I send this as support, but sometimes I used it to support kanga.
Greninja @ Expert Belt
Ability: Protean
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Protect
- Surf
- Extrasensory
- Grass Knot
Protean greninja!!!!!!!!! I chose protect because experienced users would try to stop my mat block with priorit moves. Decided to use expert belt because I needed the extra power on talonflame. Surf hits both opponents, and extra sensory gets poision types like gengar and venusaur. Idk if grass knot is a good enough move. I just use this when I can take on other pokemons weaknesses.
Aerodactyl @ Focus Sash
Ability: Unnerve
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Protect
- Sky Drop
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
Dactyl is only here because I need earthquake and rock slide. I contemplated using iron head to counter fairies, or ice fang to get dragons, but sky drop helps kanga or others take some weak foe one on one. Sash is just there to not die from ice attacks.
