ORAS OU Mega-Manectric OU

Disclaimer: I'm pretty new to OU so I might not have the greatest of knowledge of the tier.

Lets just go right into the team:

Manectric @ Manectite
Ability: Lightning Rod
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 HP / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
-Volt Switch
-Hidden Power (Ice)
-Flamethrower
-Thunderbolt
The center of the team. I have HP ice for Gliscor and Lando switch-ins as well as essentially any ground types. I carry flamethrower over overheat because overheat has a chance to miss while flamethrower is 100% accurate and I find I often need another attack after overheat and the SpA drop is painful. It's a part of my double intimidate VoltTurn core.

Weavile @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
-Low kick
-Pursuit
-Fake out
-Ice Shard
An amazing pivot to the team. I carry the low kick for Ferrothorn and Heatran if I have no switch-in. I carry pursuit instead of night slash for easy OHKO's on gengar leads as well as trapping pokes which don't want to stay in. Fake out is great for putting some pokemon in range for another attack and also effectively stops focus sash sweepers.

Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helemt
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Relaxed Nature
-Leech Seed
-Stealth Rock
-Power Whip
-Gyro Ball
My defensive wall. This is the pokemon I'm having the most problems with as I don't know if I'm running a set that fits the meta game. I have leech seed but never a time to set it up. Stealth rock works great however because many pokemon want to switch out and I can get some free rocks up. Gyro ball can occasionally kill but lacks against common switch-ins like the fire types of the tier and lando. Power whip hasn't done anything well also, either doing nothing to things like rotom or missing entirely. IDK what I'm doing wrong. (As I said I'm new to the tier)

Sylveon @ Assualt Vest
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
-Hyper Voice
-Hidden Power (Fire)
-Psyshock
-Shadow ball
My special wall. This thing can take any special attack thrown at it (Except the occasional Heatran). IDK if Assault Vest is good on Sylveon however it has worked very well so far. Hyper voice is main STAB. HP fire is for Ferro's, Scizors, and Metagrosses that think their smart to switch in on a fairy type. Psyshock is for special walls. Shadow ball is for coverage.

Landorus-Therian @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
Jolly Nature
-Earthquake
-Knock Off
-Stone Edge
-U-turn
This is the second part of my Intimidate VoltTurn core which covers the ground type weakness of manectric. EQ is for main attacking STAB. Knock Off is to mainly break down Eviolite walls like Slowbro or to quick kill a Mega-Alakazam. Stone edge is for other flyers which are immune to EQ. U-turn finishes the core.

Slowbro @ EDIT: Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Def / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
-Calm Mind
Psychic
-Scald
-Slack Off
This is my all around wall. Calm mind is to set-up on pokemon that can't do anything mainly other walls like Clefable of SpD Heatran. Psychic is for STAB. Scald is for the burn chance on switch-ins and a way to status other walls. Slack Off is for recovery. Regenerator is very useful as most of the time I can't get off a Slack Off.

That's my team any suggestions/replacements would be appreciated

I don't have too much time to rate but ill just write some things I see off the bat.

First of all, eviolite only works on not fully evolved pokemon, so giving it to slowbro is a waste. I recommend giving it leftovers instead. Also, you might want to switch it's special defense Evs over to hp to survive as many physical attacks as possible. Overheat might be better on magnetic since it kill things more easily, but it does lower your special attack, so if you don't like that keep flame thrower I guess. I recommend giving sylveon leftovers over and assault best so it can actually recover hp, since it won't be taking much from special attacks anywAy.

Eviolite only works on non fully evolved pokémon, meaning Slowpoke is the only thing in the Slowbro evolutionary line benefiting from Eviolite. replace this with Leftovers for added recovery each turn/to increase Slowbro's longevity. I would also modify her EVs to 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 SpD with a Bold nature. Slowbro is mostly used a physical wall to handle threats like Mega Lopunny and Charizard-X. you generally gain more bulk by investing into HP and doing so lets you handle threats like the ones I mentioned better. the main special attackers in the tier Slowbro will be switching in on are Keldeo and Heatran and you handle them just fine with only 24 SpD, avoiding a 2HKO from Specs Keldeo's Hydro Pump after SR for example. Psyshock is also better than Psychic, which still provides good STAB and lets you fare better in CM wars against things like Clefable/Suicune.
Slowbro @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 SpD
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Slack Off
- Calm Mind
- Psyshock
your Weavile isn't as threatening as she could be. that's because she's lacking one of the main moves that makes her such a big threat: Knock Off. the lack of a strong ice STAB also hurts Weavile's ability to deal as much damage as she normally would to several pokémon. I recommend switching over to the following to make your Weavile more offensively capable:
Weavile @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Icicle Crash
- Knock Off
- Ice Shard
- Low Kick

Fake Out is mediocre on Weavile because it's so weak. Ice Shard already provides priority and there aren't that many sash leads used competitively to make Fake Out worth using. Knock Off + Icicle Crash are what make Weavile great in OU. the power they provide is too good to pass up and without them you're walled by many things you would otherwise threaten, like opposing Slowbro. you could use Pursuit over Low Kick if you like the trapping utility, but Low Kick helps lots with Bisharp, who is really threatening to the team.
Sylveon is usually outclassed by Clefable, who has better recovery with Soft-Boiled and more durability thanks to Magic Guard. AV Sylveon is ineffective in OU overall and I think you'd find yourself more pleased with Clefable's superior qualities. I recommend giving the classic CM Clefable a try, it's one of the best win conditions in the metagame and the set that makes her an S rank pokémon:
Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 172 Def / 84 SpD
Calm Nature
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Soft-Boiled
- Thunder Wave
on Ferrothorn, 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD is better. with this, you increase her durability/allow her to take hits from both sides better, living two Ice Beams from +3 Manaphy to give you an example. make sure you have 0 speed IVs to power up Gyro Ball. with Clefable to deal with Rotom-W and Manectric to revenge things like Manaphy, maybe consider Protect over Power Whip if it isn't doing much for you. this helps you take advantage of Leech Seed to gain more recovery. I'd use Leftovers with this change for further healing.

Welcome to Smogon. I'm not much for small talk, so let's get right to the rating (note that any set changes I recommend will be left at the bottom of the rate):

Manectric - You may want to swap Flamethrower for Overheat if you feel you're missing out on a lot of KOs with Flamethrower, but Flamethrower is definitely usable, so it's up to your preferences. You should move the HP EV to Defense to give you an odd HP number, which is preferred to reduce hazard damage

Weavile - Weavile shouldn't really need Fake Out. It doesn't do a lot of damage and it doesn't really help secure any KOs. You should replace it with Icicle Crash, which gives Weavile a strong Ice STAB. Also, your team has some issues breaking Chansey, so you should replace either Low Kick or Pursuit with Knock Off, which will help you break it. Low Kick can probably be dropped since you have mons that can comfortably take on the things that Low Kick would be used to take out.

Ferrothorn - As others have said, your EV spread is a little sub-optimal. I'd recommend switching to Perennial's spread. Otherwise it looks good.

Landorus-T - If you drop Weavile's Low Kick for Knock Off, Superpower can give you a way to more easily beat Chansey 1 v 1 and deal with some of the Steel types that Weavile was using Low Kick for such as Ferrothorn. Otherwise there's nothing that really needs changing.

Sylveon & Slowbro- As a general rule of thumb, you're usually better off investing EVs into HP instead of Defense or Special Defense, which usually give you more bang for your buck unless your HP base stat is absurd (see Chansey). As for these two mons, right now you have no way of removing hazards, which is very important for a team relying on VoltTurn cores. Thus, you should probably replace one of these two mons with a user of Rapid Spin or Defog. Admittedly though, there aren't any hazard removers that can check a lot of the same threats as Slowbro. Most likely the best way would be to replace Slowbro with Latias. Latias has a lot of the same resistances as Slowbro and can learn Defog to remove hazards. Of course, this gives you fewer checks to physically offensive threats. If you find that too many physically offensive threats are bothering your team, you may want to swap Sylveon for Clefable, who usually does a better job of checking physically offensive threats. However, the lack of immediate power will be noticeable. If you do keep Sylveon, you should switch Assault Vest for Choice Specs for more immediate power and since Assault Vest doesn't really do much for its match-ups. As mentioned before, you should change its spread so it has more HP, which will help it switch into more threats. A Wish Passing set can also be used if you need something more defensive, but it tends to be easily played around.

That's about it. As stated before, I'll leave set changes I recommended below. Hope this helps:
Weavile @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Icicle Crash
- Knock Off
- Ice Shard
- Pursuit / Low Kick

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Leech Seed
- Gyro Ball
- Power Whip

Sylveon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 240 HP / 252 SpA / 16 Spe
Modest Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power Fire / Shadow Ball
- Baton Pass / Shadow Ball

Latias @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 72 HP / 184 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Defog
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Roost / Healing Wish
And a Clefable set if you ditch Sylveon:
Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Moonlight
- Flamethrower / Heal Bell

Wow thanks for all of the great responses and I'll be sure to use them. The Latias and Clefable swap are really useful and overall much better. Thanks everyone :)
