XY OU Mega Medicham and Friends

Hi all. I'm a new competetive battler, and I was hoping for some constructive feedback from some more experienced players than me.

My team is based upon the raw power of Mega Medicham. As soon as I saw it I knew i wanted a team built around it. I want to try and make the team ingame, so it doesn't contain any legendaries. I don't use software to have cheated pokemon at my disposal, and catching a thundurus with full ivs and a timid nature will take FAR too long for me. If you can help in that department let me know too. Anyways, here's the squad:

Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Knock Off
- Superpower

My Banded sweeper. His job is to revenge kill anything that comes into his path and to put holes in the opponents team. A standard banded set that I'm using. Bullet Punch my favourite, as this provide solid revenge killing. I usually prefer to over predict because usually opponents have pokemon to deal with him, but this has gone wrong on some occasions. Being stuck on knock off isn't very fun...

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Rest
- Will-O-Wisp

Great synergy with Scizor and the slow volt switch allows me to bring in Medicham safely. I carry leftovers and rest together cause of my cleric, but I often dont get enough time to use rest. Such great typing and bulk stops a lot of pokes like Talonflame. Solid tank that provide support with WoW to take care of some sweepers such as Dragonite. I find his typing and resistances crucial.

Medicham @ Medichamite
Ability: Pure Power
EVs: 12 HP / 252 Atk / 246 Spe
Adamant Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Zen Headbutt
- Bullet Punch
- Ice Punch

Wow. The damage on this thing is amazing. Often I can't find a time to switch in. However, when it's in, there's so little to stop it. It can beat many pokes 1v1 including Excadrill EQ. This thing finishes Scizor's work and removes threats with the right prediction. 12HP lets me live Mega Pinser Quick Attack. Ice Punch provides coverage against Landerous, birds, Mega Venasaur and Dragonite. BP for priority.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 184 Def / 72 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Roost
- Taunt
- Stealth Rock

Very reliable pokemon. It needs to be because its my physical wall. It stops so many pokemon and has such reliable recovery. My lead as it sets up rocks and prevents others from setting up. Roost and EQ provide more recovery and prevents it from being taunt bait. I added in some speed to make sure he outpaces some threats so he can get his rocks up, taunt or just hit with EQ.

Sylveon @ Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Modest Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell

Was testing with her and Clefable, but I prefer the more special bulk and offence that Sylvan provides. My important special wall and cleric, she stomachs hits Rotom has trouble with. The Wish and Heal bell support is crucial to keep my sweepers alive. Protect scouts out if theres any surprises coming, like an unexpected sludge bomb or if it's an overprediction. Stomachs special attacks extremely well.

Magnezone @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Flash Cannon

This is the final slot that I struggle with. I was Thundurus, but cause of trying to do things "legit" (and cause money), I'm testing for the slot. I've tried Conkeldur, Scarf Hydrreigon and now Magnezone. Aside from scarf and making sure Skarmory is at bay, it just provide coverage and a sure way to beat other fairies. The other volt switch allows me to scout and to gain some momentum.

Have I got something really wrong? Am I missing something? Please let me know, any constructive feedback is gonna be helpful. I need someone to fill the last slot, but I dunno who. Let me know!
