[SET COMMENTS]
With Aerialite, good attack stat, swords dance to boost it to a sweeping threat, and a great coverage move in close combat It uses swords dance to boost it's already sky-high attack to nose-bleeding heights, for example Mega Pinsir with a Swords Dance, sits at a comfortable 800+ attack causing it to shred defensive mons such as Toxapex, hippowdon, Mandibuzz, and Lando-T with the boost. Return is Mega-Pinsir's main move with Aerialite making it a flying stab move to threaten pokemon such as Mega Venusaur, Scizor, and Kommo-o, . Close Combat is there to threaten flying-resists such as Tyranitar, Cellesteela, and . And Quick Attack is there for speed control on faster threats such as M-Gallade, Keldeo, and Blacepholon. And the 252 attack and 252 Speed with a jolly nature allows it to hit as hard as possible, and outspeed pokemon such as Garchomp, Mega Charizard X, and Urshifu.

Scizor is a great partner with pinsir being able to pressure Rock types that pressure Pinsir such as Mega Diance, Nihilego, and Terrakion and other faster frail mons with Bullet punch and Pinsir able to destroy bulky road blocks such as Mega Venusaur, and Buzzwole without a boost, and Toxapex, Garchomp, and Gliscor with one. Volcorona is great at taking out defensive pokemon such as Aegislash and Ferrothorn. Araquanid and Galvanta can easily get the webs up to increase Mega-Pinsir’s speed tier with araquinid’s fire resistance and good natural bulk, and galvulanta with its offensive prowess, and Fortress with its amazing defense and a pivot with volt switch, and Armaldo with knock off provide great rapid spin support.

Other Options
=============
Earthquake is the only move that should be substituted for close combat, due to the fact that it counters Aegislash and Heatran, but it fails to hit Corvnight, Tyranitar, and Rotom-R/H.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Electric Types**: Electric types usually are able to outspeed Pinsir and hit them with their stabs. Tapu-Koko, and Zapdos resist close combat ohko it, and Alolan Riachu can outspped Mega-Pinsir in electric terrain.

**Revenge Killers** Scarfers such as Nihilego, Lando-T , and Terrakion score easy 1-Hit ko's, and Fast mons such as Aerodactyl-M, Tapu Koko, Greninja, and Regieleki Naturally outspeed it and score KO's.

**Status Moves** Every status move is painful for Pinsir, Thunder wave removes one of pinsir's benefits, Burn's while avodible with araquanid cripple pinsir completely. And toxic puts pinsir on a timer.

**Defensive Walls** Pokemon such as Toxapex , Lando-T, Skarmory , and Aegislash all counter it one way and another with their high bulk and their ability to stave powerful attacks.

- ' With a high attacking stat, acces to Swords Dance, a nuclear flying stab, and acces to Close Combat, Mega-Pinsir is a amazing setup-sweeper in National Dex Monotype.' You do not need to state everything it gets in the first line of the analysis. In the first line, you should be clearly stating its role on Bug-type teams and what exactly it does. For mega Pinsir it would be something like : With its ability Aerilate, a high Attack stat and Swords Dance to boost it even further, Mega Pinsir performs the role of a fearsome wallbreaker or late-game cleaner for Bug-type teams.
- After this, you need to explain each of its moves on the set and what exactly they are there for. So you will need to talk about Swords Dance, Return [Flying stab], Close Combat, Quick Attack individually and give notable examples of Pokemon they hit.
- After you are done, explaining moves, you can add in a usage tip on how to use the Pokemon in question, for example: Should setup Swords Dance against passive Pokemon like Blissey and against the switches Mega Pinsir can force.
- Then you explain the EV spread and the item that is listed.
- In paragraph 2, you should only talk about teammates, comparison with other Pokemon while is perfectly fine belongs to Paragraph 1. In paragraph 2, Rapid Spin support teammates, add teammates like Volcarona for Steel- and Electric-type teams. Mention how they both beat each others checks and counters. Add revenge killer like Buzzwole / Heracross. Galvantula / Araquanid for Sticky Web, then talk how Galvantula can also threaten Water-type teams for Mega Pinsir while Araquanid can take on Fire-type Pokemon.

Other Options
=============

While stone edge and earthquake seem good on pinsir, it needs swords dance to reliably sweep, and it already has close combat as it's coverage
[This is not how you should be writing Other Options section, Earthquake is the only worthwile other option to consider on Mega Pinsir over Close combat, eq is used to hit Aegislash and defensive Heatran harder without a boost from Swords Dance, then you should mention how not running Close Combat makes it unable to do good damage to Pokemon such as Skarmory, Tyranitar, Rotom-W.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Fast Rock Types**: While Pinsir has close combat to destroy rock types, pokemon such as lycanrock and mega diance can outspeed and easily ohko Pinsir with there stab.

**Electric Types**: Electric types usually are able to outspeed Pinsir and hit them with their stabs. Tapu-Koko, and Alola-chu is especially dangerous because they resists pinsir's close combat.

**Revege Killers**:

**Status moves**:

**Physical Walls**:

Please implement all of this and tag me to take one more look at it beore I give you QC 0/1. If you need help, reach out to me on discord Harpp#8020.

[SET COMMENTS]
- "With Aerialite, Close Combat, and swords dance to boost it to a sweeping threat, it's a fearsome wallbreaker for Bug type teams." Make this line something like this: Its ability Aerialite, good Attack stat, and Swords Dance to boost it to even greater heights and coverage in Close Combat makes Mega Pinsir a fearsome wallbreaker.
- ' It uses swords dance to boost it's already sky-high attack to nose-bleeding hights, for example Mega Pinsir with a Swords Dance, sits at a comfortable 818 attack.' You need to be specific with what Swords Dance helps in, sure it increases its attack stat to 800+ stat but that is dex info, instead, you should talk about how Swords Dance makes Mega Pinsir a pain to check defensively as it can shred apart defensive Pokemon like Toxapex, Hippowdon, Mandibuzz, and Slowbro after a single Swords Dance boost.
- ' Close Combat is there to Ohko Rock and Steel types such as Tyranitar, Hetran, and Ferrothorn. ' Ferrothorn is not OHKOed by Close Combat unless it is boosted by Swords Dance, same goes for defensive Heatran. Also talk here about how Swords Dance and Close Combat let it get past Pokemon like Skarmory, Celesteela and Rotom-W.
- ' And Quick Attack is there for speed control on faster threats such as M-Gallade, Keldeo, and Blacepholon.' Mega Gallade, not M-Gallade. Please check spelling and grammar standards for analysis when you have time:
https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/spelling-and-grammar-standards.3656658/
- ' And the 252 attack and 252 Speed is to maximize Attack and Speed. ' The reader can see that 252 goes into Attack and Speed on the set, here you need to go in depth with something like this: Maximum Attack and Speed investment along with a Jolly nature not only allows Mega Pinsir to hit as hard as possible but also outspeed slower Pokemon such as Mega Charizard Y, Victini and Garchomp.'
-' Scoizor is a great partner with pinsir being able to pressure Rock types that pressure Pinsir such as Mega Diance, and Terrakion and other faster frail mons with Bullet punch and Pinsir able to destroy bulky road blocks such as Mega Venasaur, and Buzzwole without a boost, and Toxapex, Garchomp, and Gliscor with one. ' Refer Pinsir as Mega Pinsir since this set is not about the regular form, also add Scizor taking care of Nihilego and correct some spelling mistakes, please.
- ' Volcorona is great to Take out Steel mons that are invunerable invulnerable such as Aegislash, and Cellestila Celesteela.' Mention how Volcarona also takes of physical walls for Mega Pinsir like Hippowdon, Skarmory, Gliscor while also dealing with Electric-type teams as Mega Pinsir struggles against that matchup.
- 'Araquinid provides Sticky Web and a blanket check to most fire types, and Fortress and Armaldo give rapid spin support.' Explain more in-depth please. Talk about entry hazard support from Forretress and Armaldo, then mention Volt switch support from Forretress and Knock Off support from Armaldo. Pair Araquanid with Galvantula for Sticky Web support and then talk about their advantages individually for brief sentences.
- Add Choice Scarf Buzzwole / Heracross as revenge killers.

[Other Options]
- 'Earthquake is the only move that should be subsituted for close combat, due to the fact that it counters aegislah and hetran, but it fails to hit Corvnight, Tyranitar, and Rotom-R/H.' Earthquake does hit Tyranitar, its just not as hard as Close Combat without a boost so change this and you please add Rotom-W and Skarmory as examples.

[Checks and Counters]
- **Electric Types**: Electric types usually are able to outspeed Pinsir and hit them with their stabs. Tapu-Koko, and Alola-chu is especially dangerous because they resists pinsir's close combat. ' Alola-chu won't do as it, use full names, please and talk how Alolan Raichu outspeeds Mega Pinsir in Electric Terrain and can swiftly OHKO it. Also mention Zapdos.
- **Devenive Defensive Walls** Pokemon such as Toxapex , Lando-T, Skarmory , and Aegislash all counter it one way and another with there high bulk and there ability to stave powerful attacks.
- **Revenge Killers** Scarfers such as Tapu-Bulu, Niholego, Lando-T , and Terrakion score easy 1-Hit ko's, and Fast mons such as Aerodactyl-M, Tapu Koko, Greninja, and Regieleki Naturally outspped it and score KO's. Remove Tapu Bulu it can fall to +2 Quick Attack.

Hippity Hoppity this is still in the dark.
Implement this and tag me again to take a look and give you 1/2 QC.

I really wanted to help you since you are a new writer and went out of my way and posted 2 checks for you to implement however you did not implement those checks properly and did not even change the set format as I asked you to and going for a third check from me is too much work when the checks are not being implemented as they should be. I will reject this analysis now, I suggest you look around the analysis forum more and read some analyses to help you write analyses better and implement a check.
