National Dex Mega Pinsir Team

Hey all!
For a long time now I've loved mega pinsir and I really wanted to make a team utilizing the bug. I put a decent amount of thought into this team and got some pretty aight results with it (Link here:https://pokepast.es/8102ba5f9916d883)
  1. Riombee is my lead and has potential for support later on with stun spore. Sticky web is vital for ensuring Pinsir-M can sweep. U turn is there to get a safe swap and moon blast in case I ever need to attack with it. Sticky web support is something that's highly valuable on a team like this and I would prefer to keep it on. The EV spread is fairly basic, max speed to get webs up and special attack due to bulk investing not having much pay off.
  2. Lando T is here to be a bit of a wall breaker or side sweeper. Swords dance isn't needed, but the boost can greatly pay off. Frustration gives high physical pressure and is a pretty good neutral attacking move, earthquake for stab, and stone edge for coverage as well as access to continental crush. The ev spread shows this purpose with the basic max speed and max attack spread.
  3. Specs magnezone is something that's always a solid choice. Not too much to say with it, volt switch for pressure and pivoting, thunderbolt and flash canon for stab, and hp fire combined with magnet pull to deal with opposing steel types. Max speed to and sp attack. Magnezone mainly exists as my primary special attacker.
  4. Gastrodon is my special wall. Left overs and recover for survivability. 216 hp, 40 defense and 252 special defense. Scald for special stab and the burn chance, and earthquake for the physical stab. Toxic exists to stall if needed. I felt like my team needed a wall so I slapped gastro on due to the water immunity as well. Gastro is kinda a weak link however, so I'm curious to see what y'all come up with to replace him.
  5. Slowbro. The defacto physical wall in my opinion. Regenerator and left overs are so good on him. Scald for the stab and burn, future sight for the powerful stab as well as to potentially force a switch, slack off to heal and teleport for safe pivots. Max defense and HP on this guy. A fairly basic but effective set.
  6. 6. The big boy the team is built for. Mega Pinsir is probably not the best but I really want him to work. Basic swords dance quick attack close combat return set. Max attack and speed as well. Not too much to go into with him.
Really all I want is for mega pinsir to work. I don't care what it takes as long as my big buggy boy is on it. Thanks for the help and I look forwards to see what you all recomend!

Ok hi! Having looked over this team, the primary issue is the team has somewhat of an identity crisis. It wants to be a Hyper Offensive team with Webs and Pinsir, but then you have Gastrodon and Slowbro, two very passive Pokemon. So I'm going to rebuild this team to accomplish that Hyper Offensive aim.

:Ribombee:-->:Slurpuff:
Slurpuff @ Focus Sash
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
IVs: 0 HP / 0 Def / 0 SpD
- Magic Coat
- Sticky Web
- Misty Explosion
- Yawn
Slurpuff is a much better lead for Mega Pinsir owing to its access to Magic Coat which, while prediction-reliant, can keep hazards off your side of the field and bounce back Taunts. Misty Explosion generates a free switch-in for a teammate and blocks Defog from slower foes, while Yawn forces switches from your opponent to gain momentum and prevent Slurpuff being setup bait. Minimum bulk so that Focus Sash is used as often as possible, whereupon Unburden doubles its speed to get off an extra move before dying.

:Gastrodon-East:-->:Serperior:
Serperior @ Leftovers
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 56 HP / 200 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Substitute
- Glare/Taunt
Instead of the very passive Gastrodon who allows your opponent to Defog for free, Serperior deters would-be Defoggers with its huge snowballing power off Contrary Leaf Storm. Defog actually raises its Evasion instead of dropping it, and this combined with Serperior's ability to repeatedly Substitute and fish for misses/paras makes for a very effective Defog deterrent. Hidden Power Fire puts immense pressure on Grass resists once boosted, wearing down many of Mega Pinsir's Steel checks. The last slot has two very tempting options: Glare is the standard choice to cripple Serperior's checks so teammates (or itself) can smash them later, while Taunt maximises Serperior's wallbreaking prowess by preventing recovery, and also prevents hazards being set while it sets up. Importantly, both cripple Mega Latias, which is otherwise a big threat to this team.

:Slowbro:-->:Bisharp:
Bisharp @ Life Orb
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Knock Off
- Iron Head
- Sucker Punch
Bisharp acts as a secondary Defog deterrent with Defiant, which boosts its Attack two stages each time a stat is lowered, including Evasion. Swords Dance lets it boost "manually" and become rapidly threatening. Knock Off removes items such as Heavy-Duty-Boots and deals massive damage at +2. Iron Head hits Fairy-types that attempt to take a Knock Off hard. Sucker Punch allows Bisharp to dispense with faster Pokemon such as the Latis, Blace, and various chipped threats. Pretty simple set, switch it in on Defoggers (beware of coverage like Body Press though) and attack away.

Existing Member Changes:
:Pinsir-mega: No changes. That set is the only viable one it has.
:Magnezone: Steel Beam>Flash Cannon. This allows Magnezone to sac itself for massive damage and get a teammate in. I would question its usefulness in general on this team structure, but to keep this team close to your original I left it.
:Landorus-Therian: Stealth Rock>Frustration. Frustration provides next to no extra coverage, and the chip damage Stealth Rock brings is always helpful, especially on a team that dislikes airborne foes and can deter Defog.

Hope this helps!

This team is genuinely amazing! The addition of bisharp also makes me happy as he and mega pinsir are both in my top 5 favorites. Thanks for the help and have a great day ^.^
