ORAS OU Mega Sableye Shield Spear

Sableye @ Sablenite
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Recover
- Calm Mind
- Dark Pulse

Went with Sableye to stop incoming rocks/spikes and deflect toxic stallers. He's part of the "Shield" part of the team with Chansey and Gliscor. Will-O-Wisp plus Calm Mind and max SpD gives him fairly balanced resistances. Once a threat shows up, switch to either Gliscor or Chansey.

Chansey (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Heal Bell
- Dazzling Gleam
- Toxic
- Soft-Boiled

The Special part of the "Shield." Use for toxic stalling special sweepers and nothing more. If it looks like the opponent is going to status it, switch to Sableye. If the opponent switches to physical, switch to Gliscor.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Roost
- Earthquake
- Facade
- Knock Off

The Physical part of the "Shield." With his high defense, he can tank most physical sweepers and fight back better than Chansey. Knock Off can take away any items that might be a threat to him (Choice Bands and Leftovers to name a few). Switch to Chansey when a special sweeper comes in.

Conkeldurr @ Flame Orb
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Facade
- Ice Punch
- Poison Jab

Part of the "Spear." A revenge killer to be sent in once part of the shield (usually Chansey) is broken. Flame Orb for Facade and Guts, Drain Punch for STAB and healing, Poison Jab and Ice Punch for coverage and hopefully a status condition.

Rotom-Wash @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp

Part of the "Spear." Special sweeper with Will-O-Wisp for physical pokemon. My best form of Special offense. Life Orb with timid nature tends to make him fast and strong enough to take out most threats like Talonflame.

Talonflame @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- Roost
- U-turn

Part of the "Spear." Not meant to outspeed other Talonflames, just needs to tank out other hitters. A Revenge killer for once part of the "Spear" breaks or if he's a better choice than Rotom or Conk.

The general plan is to wear out the enemy with "Shield" before the "Spear" comes in to take them out. The team has had a pretty good track record so far but it's had more than enough loses to tell me it's not perfect. Any ideas?

Your team is ummmmmm interesting? You have mega sableye and chansey which are really only good on stall teams but then you things offensive threats like conkedulur and Talonflame which are better on more offensive teams so that's strange. You also have a talonflame but no defog/rapid spin support of any kind on your team. Offensive rotom-w isn't really good unless your trying to surprise you opponent with a choice scarf set. Rotom-w definitely shouldn't be holding a life orb. I think you should rethink some of the your pokemon choice but if you don't you should at least use the ev/moveset I recommend
Chansey @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Bold Nature
- Soft-Boiled
- Heal Bell
- thunder wave/toxic
- Seismic Toss

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Roost
- Earthquake
- Stealth rocks
- Knock Off

Rotom-Wash @ Choice scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp

Talonflame @ Sharp Beak
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- Roost

Dang, I thought I was on to something. Still, I came here for help and advice so thanks for it. I'll run it through Showdown and get back to you.
