XY OU Mega Sableye + Stallbreaker Talonflame

Sableye @ Sablenite
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Will-O-Wisp
- Dark Pulse
- Recover

This thing is so useful. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it essentially gets two abilities at once, right? On the turn you mega evolve it, it still retains Prankster for that turn, but also gets its Mega ability, Magic Bounce. Thus, I am able to prevent hazards and for the most part, land a burn on something. The CM set is deadly as it can beat a lot of stuff bar fairies 1v1. For example, Sableye almost gets a free set up against most physical Pokemon as it can land a burn and stall it out with CM + Recover.

Talonflame @ Leftovers
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpD / 8 Spe
Careful Nature
- Brave Bird
- Taunt
- Roost
- Will-O-Wisp

I freaking love this set. One of the most underrated sets in the metagame IMO. Stallbreaker Talonflame beats SO many Pokemon 1v1. It beats almost every fairy 1v1 such as Clefable and Sylveon. In addition, if Leftovers is knocked off on standard Specially Defensive Heatran, it also beats it 1v1 by just wearing it down with Brave Bird. In some cases, it can actually beat defensive Landorus-T 1v1 if you play the cards right.

Breloom @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Facade
- Seed Bomb
- Mach Punch

By the time you finish reading this RMT, you will see that my team is incredibly weak to Azumarill. Nothing can switch in on it, but at least Breloom can keep it in check. I'm using the Toxic Orb set because it can beat most varieties of Rotom-W. With Toxic Orb, Breloom cannot be burned and it basically sets up on Rotom-W + other Pokemon lacking a super effective move such as Hippowdon and Landorus-T. I know, it seems odd to be running Mach Punch without Technician, but it helps in checking a lot of Pokemon, namely Mega Lopunny. Breloom + Talonflame beats Lopunny.

Latios (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Defog
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Earthquake

Latios is pretty much a staple on every OU team now and it is easy to see why. Bolstering a massive special attack stat combined with one of the top speed tiers, it is a useful Pokemon to put on a team. For this team, I needed some sort of Defog support in case Sableye wasn't able to prevent hazards itself. Besides Keldeo, my team is a bit weak to Heatran, so I'm running EQ on Latios for it. It's actually working out a lot as it sorta adds the 'surprise factor' a bit.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Protect
- Toxic
- Lava Plume

I needed some sort of specially defensive wall on this team, and Heatran seemed fitting. Standard Spe Def set with Toxic to wear down opposing Talonflame + Stealth Rock support for my team. Nothing more to be said really.

Keldeo @ Choice Specs
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Scald
- Secret Sword
- Icy Wind

This thing is an absolute monster. While there are certainly a lot of Pokemon that can check Keldeo, the fact that you can just spam Scald with no drawbacks is amazing. Even though opponents can simply switch in their Latios, Slowbro, etc. on my Scald, the chance of burn combined with Keldeo's high Special Attack stat, pressures opponents in the long run and my other team members eventually help beat the opposing Pokemon.

Thank you for taking the time to read this! Any feedback is appreciated.
