Heatran@ Leftovers

Ability: Flash Fire

Nature: Calm

Evs: 252 Sp.Atk / 252 Sp.Def / 4 HP

Moves

- Toxic

- Lava Plume

- Stealth Rock

- Flash Cannon

Heatran is my lead who sets up much needed stealth rock support and this helps me to damage incoming pokemon on the switch, and also this helps me to deal more damage to the ever common presence of Talonflame. Toxic is used to gradually lower the opposing pokemon's hp and is especially damaging against common walls such as fairy types. Lava Plume is used primarily for the 30% burn chance on common physical attackers in the OU tier and this is also dishes out 4x damage to Scizor and Ferrothorn roaming around in OU to a lesser extent. Flash Cannon is a good STAB move against fairy types such as Clefable and Gardevoir.

Landorus-Therian@ Life Orb

Ability: Intimidate

Nature: Adamant

Evs: 252 Atk / 252 Speed / 4 Def

Moves

- U-Turn

- Earthquake

- Stone Edge

- Superpower

Landorus Therian is my bulky offensive pokemon who also has a role as a pivot with the use of U-turn. U-Turn is used for momentum on the switch which is crucial in the OU tier. Earthquake is used for powerful STAB damage against the liked of Heatran if no air balloon is held. Stone Edge is used primarily for great STAB damage against the likes of Mega Pinsir, Charizard X and Y variants and Talonflame. Stealth Rock is not a preferred option because my Heatran already has it. Instead, Knock-Off and Superpower are much better alternatives since Heatran already uses stealth rocks rather well. Knock-Off is really good at disarming the opposing pokemon's held item and this is very tasty indeed against psychic and ghost types that think they can switch in on Landorus-T. Also, Superpower is another great move to use against ice types that think they have an advantage over Landorus-T because of its 4x ice type weakness. Superpower is the preferred 4th move as it can OHKO tyranitar and opposing Bisharp.

Latios_by_artisticpuppy.jpg

Latios@ Life Orb

Ability: Levitate

Nature: Timid

Evs: 252 Sp.Atk / 252 Speed / 4 Def

Moves

- Defog

- Psyshock

- Draco Meteor

- Hidden Power Fire

Latios is an essential part pokemon of this team as he can do some real damage whilst also clearing hazards. He is also very effective as a defogger which is vital with all the hazard setters in the OU tier. Psyshock is a very effective STAB move against pokemon whose defence is one of their weakest overall defence and this is works well against special walls such as Chansey and also against the troublesome Mega-Venusaur. Draco Meteor hits for powerful STAB damage and can OHKO most pokemon in the OU tier that don't resist it except for Chansey and multiscale Dragonite. Hidden Power Fire is utilised to deal 4x super effective damage against Scizor and Ferrothorn and can OHKO weak grass or ice types.

Mega-Venusaur@ Venusaurite

Ability: Chlorophyll/ Thick Fat
Nature: Modest

Evs: 252 Sp.Atk / 252 HP / 4 Def

Moves

- Synthesis

- Giga Drain

- Sludge Bomb

- Sleep Powder

Mega Venusaur is effectively my fairy killer. All jokes aside, Mega Venusaur has established himself in the OU tier really well. Its thick fat ability makes it even harder to take down. Synthesis is for reliable recovery outside of rain, hail or sandstorm. Giga Drain is a decent STAB move against the likes of the bulky water types such as Quagsire, Swampert, Gastrodon and this OHKOs them. Mega Gyarados desn't like Giga Drain much. Sludge Bob is chosen over sludge wave as I prefer the 30% poison chance and I like hitting fairies such as Azumarill, Sylveon and Clefable much harder. Sleep Powder is opted over HP fire since I like to predict the switch and proceed to use sleep powder on the pokemon that switches in. It has won me a lot more battles doing this. Latios uses HP fire anyway.

Rotom-Wash@ Leftovers

Ability: Levitate

Nature: Modest

Evs: 252 Sp.Atk / 100 Speed / 156 HP

Moves

- Pain Split

- Volt Switch

- Will-O-Wisp

- Hydro Pump

Rotom-Wash is famous in the OU tier for being very hard to counter when it has such a good typing and ability to boot. Rotom-Wash is another pivot pokemon who switches out with the use of Volt-Switch and switch into a hard counter against the opposing pokemon, because of this, Rotom-Wash and Landorus-Therian have great synergy between them and can counter each others weaknesses. STAB Hydro Pump is used instead of the less powerful Scald for the extra BP and it can score some much needed KOs that Scald could not. Will-O-Wisp is used for burning physical attackers thus crippling them. Volt-Switch is a decent damaging move that can gain momentum in the battle. Pain Split is used for its only means of recovery.

bisharp_by_blazedgo-d41j6d3.png

Bisharp@ Life Orb

Ability: Defiant

Nature: Adamant

Evs: 252 Atk / 252 Speed / 4 HP

Moves

- Iron Head

- Knock-Off

- Sucker Punch

- Swords Dance

Bisharp is my late game sweeper. It sets up a swords dance and then proceeds to crush the opponent with its priority STAB sucker punch and STAB knock-off and iron head. Swords Dance is frightening when Bisharp uses it as its attack stat reaches very high indeed. Bisharp's ability only adds to the danger that Bisharp imposes on the opponent as Landorus-T and Gyarados cannot dare switch in as the defiant ability will only boost its attack by +1 instead of decreasing to -1. Iron Head is really nice against those annoying fairy types and can flinch. Knock-Off is used to get rid of any of the opponent's pokemon's held item except for the mega stones. Sucker Punch is for useful priority since Bisharp only sports a base 70 speed stat which is average at best.

Thank you for taking the time to read through my thorough team build. I would like to receive any help regarding my teams overall stat distribution, move sets and any other advice you can offer me.

Hi there, nice team. A few changes after looking over your team. First, I would change Sleep Powder on Venusaur to Hidden Power Fire. This lets you hit common switch-ins to your STAB moves hard. HP Fire allows you to 2HKO Ferrothorn and bulkier Mega Scizor, and gives you a shot at OHKOing offensive Mega Scizor. I would also adjust the EVs to give you a few more points of Speed. Helps you outspeed a few targets. Next, I would change the Life Orb on Landorus-T to a Choice Scarf. Your team needs a good revenge killer, and Scarfed Lando-T is one of the best in the business. Intimidate, combined with a Choice Scarf and U-Turn make Landorus a fantastic pivot as well. Heatran could use some more speed, and a good mark to shoot for at minimum is 207 speed. Special Attack and Special Defense investment really don't sync up well either, I would move either in a fully Specially Defesive spread or a much faster offensive spread. The Special Defense spread fits your defensive backbone better, but I'll list two sets to pick from. That lets it outspeed most Venusaur and Suicune. I would also consider adding Taunt over Toxic or Flash Cannon, in order to better slow down Clefable and stallbreak. Roar is also an option to check some set-up sweepers like SD Talonflame and DD Char-X lacking Earthquake. It's more up to you what you want to add and drop, those are merely other options. Rotom-W is a good fit on your team, but a more physically defensive spread could help it check more common threats. You may also want to look into Earthquake over Hidden Power Fire on Latios if you feel Heatran is more of an issue for your team than Ferrothorn and other Steel types.

Nice team here are some suggestions: Change life orb on lando-t to scarf. Why life orb its terrible on lando-t unless its lando-i. Change life orb on bisharp to black glasses you hit hard with sucker punch and other dark type moves and dont take recoil damage.

I feel your EV spreads are a bit off on your defensive pokes.
