ORAS OU Mega venutran combo

So I've been using this team for quite a while and im stuck at the 1400s. I personally like this team, it can take on many offensive stealth rockers like heatran and lando t as well as some stallers/status users like breloom and chansey. I haven't really noticed any weaknesses to this team although i do feel that my team is very defensive but feel free to leave any feedback :D.

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Knock Off
- Rock Slide
Scarf lando is the hyper offensive pokemon on my team. Its amazing atk and spd deals with many threats like latios and celebi. Earthquake for STAB. U-turn to get my lando out of dangerous situations as well as get some damage off. Knock off for pokemon that are dependent on their items as well as facing other scarf landos, there have been times where i predicted scarf lando switch ins and when i knock the scarf off it gives me a big advantage. Rock slide to deal with fire/flying types, ice types, etc, also gives a good flinch chance.

Heatran @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Lava Plume
- Earth Power
- Flash Cannon
- Will-O-Wisp
I see a lot of stealth rock heatrans but i felt that taunt+stealth rock for terrakion was too good to give up so i made this heatran more offensive. Lava plume for STAB. Earth power for other heatrans as well as take any other fire types. Flash cannon also for STAB but it also for more offensive pressure. Will o wisp is for any physical attacks, everyone knows that 1/2 atk is a huge pain for physical attackers and practically makes them useless unless the opponent has a pokemon with aromatherapy or heal bell.

Venusaur-Mega @ Venusaurite
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 232 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 20 Spe
Modest Nature
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Leech Seed
- Synthesis
I decided to make venusaur a more defensive leech seeder/hp recoverer to take care of stallers out there like chansey and this almost all the time forces the opponent to switch out. Giga drain- For STAB as well as gain some hp. Sludge bomb good poison chance as well as STAB. Leech seed- like i said before this stops many stallers since stallers are never offensive and pretty much cant do anything against leech seed except to switch out.

Latios (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Roost
- Defog
This is standard defog set, latios is offensive and is very help in terms of defogging due to its speed. Draco Meteor- With STAB + life orb this does a ton of damage. Psyshock- also STAB and deals with pokemon who have a high spdef stat and a low def stat. Roost- heal hp. Defog- latios' speed helps for fast defogging and increases the chances of me removing hazards before getting ko'd.
Terrakion @ Focus Sash
Ability: Justified
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Taunt
- Rock Slide
- Close Combat
- Stealth Rock
Taunt + Stealth Rock is great in my opinion, because of terrakion's speed it can shut down stallers and other stealth rock users and get a stealth rock up itself. Taunt-to deal with stallers, status users, hazard users, etc. Rock slide- STAB + flinch chance. Close combat- very powerful STAB move. Stealth rock- after using taunt i can setup my own rocks.

Rotom-Wash @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 96 SpD / 160 Spe
Modest Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Thunderbolt
- Toxic
- Pain Split
I made my rotom more offensive then most rotom builds, mainly because i feel that rotom will just get swept if it doesn't have any offensive pressure. Hydro Pump-power STAB move. Thunderbolt-STAB. Toxic- toxic is a great move, it practically forces the opponent to switch out their pokemon since it keeps taking more and more damage, also this is great for countering mega slowbros even though i dont see much of them anymore. Pain Split- It helps rotom survive longer as well as deal tons of damage to a pokemon with full hp.

Hello, welcome to smogon. I'm on mobile so we'll see how this rate turns out.

Rotom-W should be a slow, bulky piviot to create a volt-turn core with Lando-T. Give it WoW to cripple physical attackers.

Heatran's set looks odd to me, but if you wan't an offensive Heatran try the stall breaker set listed below:

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 192 SpD / 68 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Magma Storm
- Earth Power
- Toxic
- Taunt

First of all, your Venusaur set seems a bit confused: you claim that it's more of a defensive set, and Leech Seed seems to suggest this, but it's running an offensive spread, which doesn't really make sense since Leech Seed is much more worth it on a bulky set, while an offensive set prefers HP Fire so as to not lose momentum. Since you mentioned that you want your team to be more offensive, I would run HP Fire on it, especially since it helps a lot against SD Bisharp.

Your team is a bit weak to wallbreakers like Mega Gardevoir, Kyurem-B, and Mega Metagross, which you rely way too much on Landorus-T to revenge kill. So, I think you should run a Choice Scarf on Heatran. This enables you to revenge kill these Pokemon. Unfortunately, this makes you a bit weaker weaker to Bisharp which you already have a bit of trouble dealing with, but it helps you against a lot more so I think it's worth it.

Rotom-W isn't a very good special attacker since it's quite weak offensively. If you follow my advice and run a Choice Scarf on Heatran, you already have a nice Bird check, as well as Lando-T (besides, offensive Rotom is too frail to be that good of a bird check), so you can afford to run Manaphy over it, who comes with a lot of wallbreaking capabilities which you sorely lack on this team, and fixes your huge weakness to Meag Sableye who walls your Stealth Rock setter and can sweep your team after a Calm Mind. If you're more concerned about Bisharp, Sub CM Keldeo can be used, but it doesn't have the same stallbreaking capabilities you kinda want on this team, and makes you weaker to both Latis and Starmie.

Speaking of which, at this point you suffer from a pretty unfortunate weakness to Latios, Latias and Starmie, so a way to permanently remove them permanently would be nice. The most disposable member of your team is probably Terrakion, who really doesn't do too much more than set up rocks and check Bisharp. However, you can change Landorus-T to a SR setter to free up the teamslot (you don't really need 2 Scarfers anyway), I would reccomend Rocky Helmet Garchomp since it's able to severely weaken Bisharp and Talonflame who can be very scary for you to handle, though Physically Defensive Landorus-T does have the advantage of pivoting abilities, being a better Sand Rush Excadrill check, and not increasing your weakness to Dragon types partcularly opposing Garchomp, so it's an option too if you're not too concerned about Bisharp. If you do that, you can replace Terrakion for Weavile, who can pursuit trap Latios, Latias and Starmie, if they KO something or if you manage to switch into Psyshock. Unfortunately, you'll have to sacrifice Ice Shard if you don't want it to be complete food for Bisharp who, once again, is a theat to your team. This all depends of how afraid you are of Bisharp really.

Finally, if you've made all these changes, I'd consider running HP Fire over Roost on Latios, since at this point the team's a bit too fast-paced for it to be that useful, and both Weavile and Manaphy really benefit from the ability to lure Ferrothorn, plus it prevents Bisharp from using it as complete setup fodder. If you're put off by the speed drop and are really afraid of Bisharp, HP Fighting is also an option.
