XY OU MegaCross Balanced: The new meta is here

Aegislash is finally gone and OU will definetely change, one of the Mons that i feel profits the most from this new situation is Mega Heracross.
A fearsome attacker that makes stall cry and OHKO's half the tier? Hell yeah, let's make a team around this! :]

heracross.gif

Heracross @ Heracronite
40 HP /252 Atk / 212 Spe
Jolly
Guts/Skill Link

-Close Combat
-Pin Missile
-Rock Blast
-Swords dance

The Pokemon which i built around, the absence of Aegislash allows me to carelessly run it without Earthquake, so the coverage hits most things for atleast neutral damage and Swords Dance is here for obvious reasons.
EVs and Nature so i'm guaranteed to outspeed base 70 Mons.

thundurus.gif

Thundurus @ Leftovers
252 SAtk / 252 Spe / 4 Def
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 Def
Timid
Prankster

-Thunderbolt
-Hidden Power Ice
-Thunderwave
-Psychic/Focus Blast/Taunt

Heracross' biggest issues are (obviously) speed and Flying types, so i chose TWave Thundurus to fix that up a bit, also helps against set-up sweepers which can be a problem for me.
HP Ice to wreck Lando, Garchomp, Gliscor etc. and the last slot is to either hit steels or Venusaur harder or taunt some annoying things. I use Focus Blast currently but i'm still undecided about this.

latias.gif

Latias @ Life Orb
76 HP / 180 SAtk / 252 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
Timid
Levitate

-Draco Meteor
-Psychic
-Healing Wish
-Defog

Latias was predestinied to be on this team as its typing fits really in well and the support from Defog and Healing Wish helps me to bring back crucial members.
Also i wanted a Venuwrecker, which is pretty much the second name of Latias.
Psychic is preferred over Psyshock because i'm already heavily present on the physical side.

ferrothorn.gif

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
252 HP / 88 SDef / 168 Def
Relaxed
IVs: 0 Spe
Iron Barbs

-Leech Seed
-Stealth Rock
-Power Whip
-Gyro Ball

Great typing and stats make Ferrothorn fit in really well and make it my main Rotom-W and Azumarill switch-in, but it takes on a bunch of things
EVs are set to increase the high physical defense even more while still maintaining some special investment.
The set is simple, Steath Rock is selfexplainatory, Leech Seed for recovery and phazing, Power Whip to threaten Water Types and the last slot goes to Gyro Ball so i can hit fast mons harder.

azumarill.gif

Azumarill @ Assault Vest
16 HP / 252 Atk / 240 SDef
Adamant
Huge Power

-Aqua Jet
-Play Rough
-Super Power
-Knock Off

Forms a Dragon/Fairy/Steel core with Ferrothorn and Latias and works as a great check for Greninja, the Latis, Conkeldurr and others and gives me some priority.
At first i used a Choice Banded set to produce more damage, but after some advice and testing i decided that the defensive capabilities of Assault Vest really benefit me more.
Super Power over Waterfall to hit Ferrothorn and the blobs harder, but i wouldn't mind changing that.

landorus-therian.gif

Landorus-Therian @ Choice Scarf
252 Atk / 244 Spe / 12 Def
Jolly
Intimidate

-U-Turn
-Earthquake
-Knock Off
-Stone Edge

Landorus-T works pivotal and helps me against various things, like Sand Offense and Bird Spam and supports the rest of the team with Knock Off.
U-Turn to create momentum, especially for Heracross to come in, Edge to hit the likes of Mega Pinsir, Thundurus, Talon etc. and Earthquake for STAB.

Heracross @ Heracronite
Ability: Guts
EVs: 40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Pin Missile
- Rock Blast
- Swords Dance

Thundurus (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Focus Blast
- Thunder Wave

Latias (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 76 HP / 180 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Psychic
- Healing Wish
- Defog

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Leech Seed
- Stealth Rock
- Gyro Ball
- Power Whip

Azumarill @ Assault Vest
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 16 HP / 252 Atk / 240 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Aqua Jet
- Play Rough
- Superpower
- Knock Off

Landorus-Therian @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 12 Def / 244 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Knock Off
- Stone Edge

So, the team is working pretty good now, while i'm still a bit weak to Clefable and Birdspam, that's really about it.
Any criticism and ideas for improvement are still super welcome.

Thanks for your help :]

I'd personally give Heracross an Adamant nature and a spread of 40 HP/252 Atl/216 Spe, as it really appreciates all the power it can get. Jolly Mega Heracross can't 2HKO Clefable after SR, for example.

What i like about Jolly is that it guaranteed outspeeds base 70's, Sash Breloom i.e. is super annoying and i prefer to have a good check for it.

Hey Lyn really solid team! Gonna have to agree with all the suggestions that blunder has made. Giving Ferrothorn that added defensive will help it take on Azumarill and power ground type attacks from Landorus-T and Garchomp way easier. Adding an Assault Vest on your own Azumarill will also give you nice back up checks to Greninja and Keldeo as well as a pseudo back up check to Mega Charizard-Y, which can be annoying with the lack of recovery on Latias. Also agreeing with his change of Garchomp to Landorus-T as it gives you a nice sponge for bird spam/sand teams as well as gives you a great teammate for Mega Heracross, being able to pivot into it with U-turn on common switch-ins. This also works really well with Latias's Healing Wish support as Choice Scarf Landorus-T is easily worn down and now has a 'second chance.' So great rate blunder.

Now for some small changes of my own. Gonna agree with the addition of Focus Blast on Thundurus as its last move. This helps you deal with Ferrothorn who basically Leech Seeds for free vs your team and now you have a way to heavily damage it without switching into Heracross. With Latias and Mega Heracross, I feel that you don't need Psychic for Mega Venusaur as it is checked by the afformentioned pokemon. My last change would be running Max Speed on Mega Heracross. With Max speed you are able to outrun Specially Defensive Stall Breaker Mew, which is a big threat to your team, who generally runs enough speed to outspeed Mega Ttar and burn it. With max speed you now have a way of dealing with it even after Mega Evolving.
