(Sableye really doesn't need either Attack or Special Attack for any reason whatsoever on most sets. The only attacks it'll run are Foul Play, which is based completely off of your opponents' attack, not yours. However, if you really, really want a 31 Attack or Special Attack IV, I'll see what I can do.)
