So I was trying out Meloetta on PS/PO and noticed the option for charge beam, which has a 70% spatk raise rate. does her serene grace double this over 100? Curious, and every battle so far makes it raise but 70% IS a high chance....Also, Rock Smash, although 40 damage, pioruette form has stab AND serene grace should give it an 100% chance to decrease defense. I'm curious to see people's opinion.

Serene Grace doubles secondary effects' occurrence, unless the probability rises above 100%, in which case it is set at 100%. 40 and 50 base power moves can never be workable as offensive moves, except for very special conditions like Magnezone trapping a Ferrothorn and using Charge Beam.
