What is the bug?
In Gens 3 and 4, Memento behaves incorrectly when the move fails under various circumstances. Below is a chart showing whether the Pokemon using Memento should faint under circumstances that would cause the move to fail depending on the generation.
PS! currently applies the Gen 5+ mechanics to Gens 3 and 4, leading to scenarios where the Memento user should faint but does not and vice versa.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
