Move this to below Dark Pulse. It's always good to put the most important moves first, which usually end up being the STAB moves on Choice item Pokemon, but I mean... Meow is Meow. with Protean and all but just good practice imo... Also, against Skeledirge, wouldn't it be better to just use Dark Pulse for the flinch chance? It would also 2HKO specially defensive Skeledirge as well...

You don't really beat any of the common Walking Wake sets, as Choice Specs runs Speed EV, Booster Energy: Special Attack sets run a lot of bulk, and Booster Energy: Speed sets run Snarl. Also, don't forget the comma after Azumarill.

Petaya Espathra can still win this matchup, as...
+1 224+ SpA Espathra Dazzling Gleam vs. 0 HP / 88 SpD Meowscarada: 282-332 (96.2 - 113.3%) -- 75% chance to OHKO
...just mentioning non-Petaya Espathra is fine tho. Also, Farigiraf is a role but it's pretty heavily in your favor. Also, Close Combat Iron Leaves can pretty much win handily.

Booster Energy: Special Attack Iron Jugulis actually lives Power Gem from Choice Specs Meowscarada. Choice Specs Iron Moth also outspeeds and OHKOes with Overheat before Meowscarada can attack, while Assault Vest very easily lives the hit. Power Gem also does not OHKO Armarouge and loses to Stored Power from Bulky Weakness Policy. Also, wouldn't you just want to use Dark Pulse against Armarouge for the flinch chance and immunity to Stored Power? Finally, don't forget the comma after Iron Moth, as it is something that Smogon requires in their grammar standards.

Yourfavoritetransfem I really appreciate all the work you've been putting into amchecking, it's really great to see! I just want to stress the importance of your check colours though - using some form of blue for additions and some form of red for removals is really important both in terms of accessibility and impact. Writers are familiar with the blue = add and red = remove colour scheme, so it makes implementing checks easy and fast and therefore means that the work of the GPer is less intimidating. If different colours are introduced, an extra burden is added to the writer to keep checking the new colour scheme, making implementation harder and sometimes meaning your changes can get missed. It's also really important to make your checks accessible too - yellow especially can be a really challenging colour for people to see, especially on light mode, which could make your checks needlessly challenging or even painful to implement.

I know it might feel like you lose some originality in picking colours, but blue is a colour where there's a lot of variety, so choosing a hex code that works for you still lets you differentiate yourself from other GPers. I've also included some feedback notes in the hide tag below too.

- Rotom-Wash changes to Rotom-W, as forme names are truncated.
- You want to make sure lists are parallel and all parts of the list could follow the start of it "Dark Pulse beats non-Petaya Berry Espathra" "Dark Pulse beats non-Meta Burst Sableye" "Dark Pulse beats and has a high chance to OHKO Farigiraf" - the last one doesn't make sense, so you have to restructure the sentence and remove that from the list and make it a separate clause. This is also why I kept the 'while also' structure - you just needed to separate it from the list.
- 'Speed' is referring to the Speed stat here, so changing it to Speedy would be incorrect.
- Pokemon don't 'live' attacks, they 'survive' or 'take' them.
- Your comma in the EVs line was correct, but make sure to mark comma changes on with AC/RC. This is also crucial for accessibility because commas can be difficult to see and therefore missed.
- Max changes to maximum so it's fully written out.
- Changing it uses -> it has slightly changes meaning. 'It uses' implies Meowscarda uses the move in the game, while 'it has' implies Meowscarada chooses to run that move. Since none of the moves are slashed, it will always have those moves; it just needs to use them.
- Removing Dark Pulse in the last line cleared up repetition, but 'using against Metal Burst Sableye' no longer makes sense, so you need to replace Dark Pulse with 'it'.
