[OVERVIEW]
Meowth has a great Speed, and coverage to hit Ground-types such as Onix and Drillbur, and Fire-types such as Ponyta, Meowth acts as a revenge killer that use priority moves in a safe turn to beat Pokemon with poor defenses such as Diglett, and Ponyta Galar. However it has a 4SMS due to if you want a move that hits well like Double Edge, you have the risk of leaving Feint, or you want momentum but you could lose the ability to weaken Ground-types such as Onix, and Mudbray that Water Pulse provides.
Despite of that, Meowth can use its priority combination to weaken foes such as Weak Armor Vullaby, Galarian Ponyta, and Farfetch'd Galar, and later use teammates who can take advantaje of that such as Spritzee, Vullaby, Mareanie, and Ferroseed, respectively.

Feint is also a necessary move with +2 in priority which can use to outspeed another users of priority moves such as Aqua Jet in Corphish, Mach Punch in Timburr, and Quick Attack Bunnelby. Double-Edge can also be an alternative to give more power and weaken walls or bulky offensive such as Spritzee, Mareanie, and Mudbray. Also can hit Fighting-types such as Farfetch'd Galar and Pancham, the former can be OHKOed if its Eviolite is removed. However, Meowth can be completely revenge killed with priority move users and also Ferroseed can gave it more damage with recoil damage, Iron Barbs, and Life Orb.
Knock Off remove items of walls such as Eviolite in Mareanie, Spritzee, and can do a risky play of removing Ferroseed and Pawniard eviolite or in the rare case Berry Juice. Also can use to remove Berry Juice or Focus sash in Shell Smash sweepers such as Sturdy Dweeble, Focus Sash Shellder, and the rare set up sweeper Sturdy Onix with Dragon Dance. Water Pulse is useful to beat Ground-types such as Drilbur, Onix, or 2HKO Mudbray. U-turn could be used to provide momentum in the team and escape on Fighting-types such as Scraggy, Pancham, and Farfetch'd Galar, and Pawniard, however with Onix and Mudbray, Onix could change into a teammate and the opponent notice about Meowth doesn't have Water Pulse, and Mudbray can use Stealth Rock or Earthquake, it really doesn't care about Water Pulse, and also can take more advantaje if Meowth won't have Water Pulse. Aerial Ace is another option to do with a combination of Fake Out + that move to weaken or KO Fighting-types such as Timburr, Pancham, Farfetch'd, and Scraggy. However, this option can leave Meowth walled by Pawniard and Onix.
