Why do we test pokemon one at a time for the metagame?
Isn't it possible that Garchomp would not be considered uber if Manphy, Mew, Deoxys-S, Shaymin-Sky were all in the metagame at the same time. Or any other combination.
I'm not saying there shouldn't be an uber tier just that it is possible that some pokemon have been placed their incorrectly ( Ho-ho ) and would not "centralizie" the game at this point seeing as some Ubers were thrown in the tier previous generations and never looked at or thought about again.
Also, with all of the new toys introduced Bullet Punch Scizor, DD Outrage Salamence, Ice Punch Lucario and various others which are quickly becoming new popular movesests is it possible that another new round of testing should occur. All previous testing occured in a metagame that for all intents and purposes doesn't exist anymore.
