Metroid Prime 3 question

OK, this question is for anyone who has played Metroid Prime 3. I'm in Elysia, and I'm doing the quest where you have to gather those three components for the bomb. I want to call my ship so I can travel to a new location, but my ship is currently holding two of the bomb components. My question is, If I call my ship, will I have to gather the bomb parts again??

Yes, you will...it even tells you that.

Yes, you will...it even tells you that.

No, it doesn't. It says that the ship will have to drop the cargo. That could just mean that the cargo is placed somewhere until you're ready to continue the mission. It doesn't necessarily mean that it's dropped in the exact same spot that you found it.
