I played with your team a bit and overall it is a very good team. ADD A THREATLIST, it could help lazy people rate it. :P
First off, Gyarados doesn't really do much. It kinda sits there as the rest of the team kills everything. So, naturally, I replaced Gyarados. I came up with Excadrill because it Rapid Spins, giving Skarmory room to have Spikes. Defog really affected me when all hazards are cleared. Excadrill also runs with the Sand Storm theme very well. I also changed Tyranitar's EVs and gave it 140atk to OHKO Latios with Pursuit. The team really works well, and might use it a bit :P.

SteelYoGirl (Skarmory) @ Rocky Helmet

I would remove Assault Vest from Tyranitar, especially since I would replace Gyarados with Excadrill (use Stardust Dragon's Excadrill set but with Life Orb > Leftovers and Iron Head > Rapid Spin). Assault Vest wastes two of Tyranitar's most critical selling points in rendering it unable to set up Stealth Rock, along with 8 turns of sand for Sand Rush Excadrill. I would remove it and replace it with a bulky Smooth Rock set that enables it to switch into threats like Latios and Talonflame a lot easier while still providing the two traits stated above.

Tyranitar @ Smooth Rock
Ability: Sand Stream
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 248 HP / 36 Def / 224 SpD
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge
- Fire Blast
- Pursuit

I would change Skarmory's Brave Bird and Whirlwind to Taunt and Counter, as this allows it to beat most physical attackers, especially Mega Metagross, a lot easier.

Your team has some issues with Keldeo and Bisharp. To alleviate this issue, I would replace Mew with Calm Mind Latios and Talonflame with Choice Specs Keldeo. Calm Mind Latios is a solid wallbreaker that can break down defensive cores. I was going to go with Choice Scarf Keldeo, but Specs does a lot more to Slowbro and Celebi, both of which check Excadrill. With them being weakened by Keldeo, Excadrill will have an easier time breaking through them.

381.gif

Latios (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 29 HP / 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Recover

647.gif

Keldeo @ Choice Specs
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 Def / 30 SpD
- Hydro Pump
- Scald
- Secret Sword
- Hidden Power [Bug]

Aside from that, you should be good. Just make the changes stated above, and the time should be fine. Good luck![/HIDE]

Yeah, I played with the team a bit more, and the changes to Excadrill are much better.
