[SET COMMENTS]
With its astonishingly high Special Attack, good Speed, and varied coverage movepool, Mewtwo is one of Ubers UU's most threatening wallbreakers and setup sweepers. Psystrike allows Mewtwo to muscle through specially defensive walls like Blissey. Focus Blast gives Mewtwo coverage against Pokemon like Arceus-Dark, Kingambit, and Garganacl. Mewtwo's final moveslot is customizable; Shadow Ball targets Giratina, Deoxys, and opposing Mewtwo. Fire Blast gives Mewtwo coverage against Pokemon like Magearna, Solgaleo, and Arceus-Grass. Flamethrower can be opted for instead, trading power for consistency. However, it misses out on some important benchmarks Fire Blast reaches, such as not guaranteeing an OHKO on Solgaleo and Arceus-Grass after a Nasty Plot. Recover can be used to give Mewtwo more chances to sweep throughout a game, at the cost of its coverage. Expert Belt is the preferred item of choice, as it gives Mewtwo a power boost on targets it hits super effectively. Heavy-Duty Boots can be opted for instead, giving Mewtwo an immunity to entry hazards. Tera Steel gives Mewtwo a resistance to Zacian's STAB attacks and also provides it a resistance to Extreme Speed from Arceus formes and Deoxys. Tera Fighting can be opted for instead, boosting Focus Blast and giving a resistance to Kingambit's Sucker Punch as well as Solgaleo's and Great Tusk's Knock Off. Mewtwo fits best on offensive teams looking for a strong wallbreaker. Mewtwo struggles against faster threats like Zacian, Deoxys, and Choice Scarf Kyurem-W that can revenge kill it, so Pokemon that can take these threats on like Toxapex, Solgaleo, and Magearna can be nice to have as teammates. Pivoting from the likes of Landorus-T and Palafin can give Mewtwo a safe switch in to set up with Nasty Plot.

Nasty Plot (Mewtwo) @ Life Orb / Expert Belt / Heavy-Duty-Boots (lorb m2 is its own thing, and lorb is definitely not the best option, moving it behind boots or removing it entirely is what id recommend, it was never on smogon actually, the previous writer just added it for no good reason)

With its astonishingly high Special Attack, good Speed, and varied coverage movepool, Mewtwo is one of Ubers UU's most threatening and dangerous (maybe remove dangerous as it's a synonym for threatening) wallbreakers and setup sweepers. Psystrike allows Mewtwo to muscle through specially defensive walls like Blissey. Mewtwo's final two moveslots are moveslot is customizable; Fire Blast gives Mewtwo coverage into Pokemon like Magearna, Solgaleo, and Arceus-Grass. Flamethrower can be opted for instead, trading off power for consistency, although it misses out on some important benchmarks Fire Blast reaches such as a not guaranteeing an OHKO on Solgaleo and Arceus-Grass after a Nasty Plot. Focus Blast can be opted for instead, giving Mewtwo coverage into Pokemon like Arceus-Dark, Kingambit, or Garganacl. Shadow Ball targets Giratina, Deoxys, and opposing Mewtwo.(I'd mention recover here, maybe something along the lines of "Recover can be used to give Mewtwo more chances to sweep throughout a game, at the cost of its coverage) Life Orb is generally prefered to give Mewtwo a great power boost, although if the chip damage from Life Orb is an issue, (if you choose to keep lorb, just make sure to remove "preferred item' otherwise, this can be deleted)Expert Belt to give it a power boost on targets it hits super-effectively or Heavy-Duty Boots to be immune to hazards can be opted for instead. Tera Steel can give Mewtwo a resistance to Zacian's STAB and also provide it a resistance to Extreme Speed from Arceus formes and Deoxys, although Tera Fighting can be opted for instead if it is running Focus Blast, boosting the move and giving a resistance to Kingambit's Sucker Punch and Knock Off from the likes of Solgaleo and Great Tusk. Mewtwo fits best on offensive teams looking for a strong wallbreaker. Mewtwo struggles against faster threats like Zacian, Deoxys, and Choice Scarf Kyurem-W who can revenge kill it, so Pokemon that can take these threats on like Toxapex, Solgaleo, and Magearna can be nice to have as teammates. Pivoting from the likes of Landorus-T and Palafin can give Mewtwo a safe switchinswitch-in to set up Nasty Plot.

Pretty good work, a lot of the flaws were things unnecessarily added by the previous writer.

There's not much nuance in general on offensive mons, and plus a QC 1 was done already so there really wasn't anything significant I could critique.

You thought it was gonna be WrathoftheLeopard but nooooo I'm here to give an amcheck!

I assume this is intentional on your end but just wanted to flag that Recover is in the moveset but isn't mentioned anywhere in the analysis.
Have included the sentence you wrote on Recover in my check.
