This is my first RMT, so bear with me. Here is the team I have been using for the last little while, which is sort-of a mid-range team, in where the goal is to neutralize your opponents threats, and then clean up with whatever you have left. You may notice that because of this, I do not have a single set-up pokemon on this team. Without further ado, The Team!

Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Mach Punch
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
- Knock Off
Conkeldurr. Probably one of my favourite users of the assault vest i have found so far. It can tank many weak special attacks easily, and with guts, can make a dent in just about anything. I find myself switching this guy in on predicted Heatran's lava plume, or scalds from bulky water types.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Lava Plume
- Stealth Rock
- Protect
- Toxic
Perfect counter to Talonflame, and shell smash cloyster. solid check to many physical threats, but sadly weak to ground. I have been running leftovers, but am starting to think air ballon may be superior here, as it can take anything that a Garchomp, wants to throw at it, bar earthquake. It can also take any fairy attacks that may be thrown its way with relative ease special or physical.

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Knock Off
- Stone Edge
Nobody expects scarfed landorus-T. I have found tremendous success with this guy because of that fact reason alone. U-turn outright kills most greninja, after outspeeding said (non-scarfed) greninja. Knock off is one move on this set that I am not so sure about, it doesnt seem to really be doing the job up to this point, but adds some utility to the pokemon. Can be used as a revenge killer if needed.

Azumarill @ Choice Band
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Aqua Jet
- Waterfall
- Play Rough
- Ice Punch
Pretty standard set. Mostly used as a revenge killer, as most of this team is based around neutralizing threats, and priority users are one of the best ways to do that. Waterfall and Play Rough add some oomph for when aqua jet wont quite do the job, and ice punch is there for coverage.

Alakazam @ Focus Sash
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Dazzling Gleam
- Psychic
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
Another Revenge killer to add to the list. The combination of wonder guard and focus sash is just too good to pass up. Being able to garuntee that he is going to need to be attacked twice is insanely powerful. If I was going to replace someone on this team however, it would probably be this guy.

Venusaur-Mega (F) @ Venusaurite
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SDef / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Synthesis
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Sleep Powder
Compliments Heatran very well, being able to take the water attacks that threaten heatran out. One of the larger reason that I use this guy however is spore. Being able to neutralize a setup sweeper and prevent them from killing anything is invaluable.
