Two move sweeper. Judgement is for Psychic Ubers, Dragon Pulse is for Dragons, of course. Substitute is for Will-o-Whisp, and Recover is for Recovering from HP loss.
It didn't seem like a simple question - not many people are familiar with Ubers. I plan to use this for Pokemon Battle Revolution. No, I cannot get a better Arceus.
