Minun
[OVERVIEW]
It is said that the Pokedex is an encyclopedia of all the Pokemon in the world, with accurate, comprehensive information all about them. Minun's Pokedex entry is a perfect example of this; the Pokemon Ruby entry explains Minun's role and niche in battle, as well as its capabilities, to their full extent and with impeccable accuracy.
"Minun is more concerned about cheering on its partners than its own safety. It shorts out the electricity in its body to create brilliant showers of sparks to cheer on its teammates."

Moves
========
Encore is a very useful move, especially for a cheerleader like Minun. Not only does it give its teammates encouragement, but it also locks foes into poor moves if Minun just so happens to switch in safely. Nuzzle is also a very useful cheering move. The ability to paralyze foes even when Taunted lets Minun support its teammates, and there's nothing more encouraging than a warm, fuzzy nuzzle after a tiring battle. Baton Pass helps Minun to bring a teammate out in case it accidentally finds itself on the battlefield. It is also very useful if Minun forces a switch with Encore, as it gains momentum. Finally, Substitute is a useful move to pass to a teammate, especially with the help of Nuzzle and Encore, and it helps Minun actually stay on the field for more than one turn.
Set Details
========
The name of the set is just a nicer way to say "benchwarmer." The Speed EVs enable Minun to run away as fast as possible.
Usage Tips
========
You would think that a cheerleader should last longer than the rest of the team, so that, you know, it can actually cheer them on. Don't let Minun get too excited and compromise its own safety, or it won't be able to cheer on its teammates. Thus, you should try not to switch Minun into Ground-types, as they can hit it super effectively. Or Fire-types, Fighting-types, Grass-types, Water-types, Normal-types, Fairy-types, Bug-types, Dark-types, Ghost-types, Ice-types, Dragon-types, Poison-types, and Psychic-types, as they can hit it neutrally. Or Electric-types, Steel-types, and Flying-types, as they can hit it.
Let Minun sit on the bench; its moral support is probably more useful than its support on the battlefield.
Team Options
========
Plusle is a great teammate for Minun. The cheerful duo will surely brighten up the day for their lovely teammates and send a chill down the spine of the opponent. Plusle is also great backup in case Minun gets KOed before it finishes its cheer. With the added manpower, maybe they can actually finish spelling out V-I-C-T-O-R-Y in time before the match is lost.

Other Options
=============
Play Nice and Helping Hand are very inspiring other options.

**/modchat +**: Typing this in the chat will silence the cheerleaders, meaning that Minun's only use in the battle is gone. At least Minun will be there in spirit.
