[OVERVIEW]
Sandaconda is able to serve as a consistent Stealth Rock user and Electric-immune Pokemon with its natural bulk and Shed Skin. With Shed Skin and Rest, Sandaconda is able to remain healthy throughout the game to check Pokemon like Passimian, Aggron, and physical Toxicroak. Sandaconda also provides speed control with Glare, making it less easy to take advantage of. Sandaconda's decent Speed and Attack can even commit to a Coil set. However, Sandaconda still faces competition from Palossand as a Stealth Rock user and Electric-immune Pokemon, as it has more consistent recovery and better bulk. Shed Skin is also not consistent, making it unsafe to be overly dependent on Rest.

[SET]
name: Stealth Rock
move 1: Stealth Rock
move 2: Earthquake
move 3: Glare
move 4: Rest
item: Rocky Helmet / Leftovers
ability: Shed Skin
nature: Impish
evs: 252 HP / 244 Def / 12 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Sandaconda is able to cripple Pokemon it cannot touch with Earthquake like Mesprit and Archeops with Glare. Rest is able to keep Sandaconda healthy and is more reliable in combination with Shed Skin. Rocky Helmet allows Sandaconda to wear down Pokemon such as Togedemaru. Leftovers gives Sandaconda more sustainability, but it is often switching into Knock Off from Pokemon like Passimian and Absol anyway. The Speed investment allows Sandaconda to outspeed defensive Lanturn and, after Glare, faster Pokemon like Cinccino. Pokemon like Aromatisse and Vaporeon are able to provide Wish and cleric support so Sandaconda is less reliant on Shed Skin and can sponge special attacks from Pokemon such as Heliolisk and Omastar. In return, Sandaconda can switch into strong physical attackers like Lycanroc and Scyther. Wallbreakers such as Gallade and Clawitzer are able to capitalize on Sandaconda spreading paralysis. Heliolisk can beat Pokemon Sandaconda cannot touch like Xatu and appreciates Sandaconda being able to switch into Hitmontop and other Fighting-types. Sandaconda can run Stone Edge over Glare to hit Flying-types like Archeops at the cost of providing less support.

Sandaconda is able to serve as a consistent Stealth Rock user and Electric-immunity with its natural bulk and Shed Skin. With Shed Skin and Rest, Sandconda is able to remain healthy throughout the game to check Pokemon like Passimian, Sawk, and physical Toxicroak. (nitpick, but maybe list an example that doesn't happen to be a fighting-type.) Sandaconda's decent speed and attack make it not entirely passive, and it can even commit to a Coil set to take advantage of them. (not sure this is worth mentioning if coil isn't given a whole set below.) However, Sandaconda still faces competition from Palossand as a Stealth Rock user and Electric-immunity as it has more consistent recovery and better bulk. Shed Skin is also not consistent, making it unsafe to be overly dependent on Rest.

the ability to provide speed control with glare is one of this mon's hugest assets imo, and it should definitely be mentioned somewhere to further highlight the snek's good supportive capabilities.

Sandaconda is able to cripple Pokemon it cannot touch with Earthquake like Mespirit, Archeops, and Talonflame with Glare. Rest is able to keep Sandaconda healthy and is more reliable in combination with Shed Skin. Rocky Helmet allows Sandaconda to wear down Pokemon such as Talonflame and Togedemaru. Leftovers give Sandaconda more sustainability, but it is often switching into Knock Off from Pokemon like Passimian and Absol anyway. The speed investment allows Sandconda to outspeed Cincinnco after using Glare. (you also outspeed defensive lanturn, which i've found to be big whenever i use sandaconda.) Pokemon like Aromatisse and Vaporeon are able to provide Wish and Cleric support so Sandaconda is less reliant on Shed Skin and can sponge special attackers from Pokemon such as Ribombee and Omastar. (if bee has roost and they lack toxic, they're essentially setup fodder.) In return, Sandaconda can switch into strong physical attackers like Lycanroc and Sycther Scyther. Wallbreakers such as Virizion and Abomasnow are able to capitalize on Sandaconda spreading paralysis. Heliolisk can beat Pokemon Sandaconda cannot touch like Xatu and appreciates Sandaconda being able to switch into Hitmontop and other Fighting-types.

i'd like if you mentioned running rock coverage over glare somewhere in here. i'm not sure if you should slash, but not being walled by bug-and flying-types + better coverage against removers can both be nice.

Sandaconda's decent speed and attack make it not entirely passive I feel like the passiveness thing is better folded into the glare point than the coil point. switching into glare sucks and is a huge reason this isn't more abusable, and it can even commit to a Coil set to take advantage of them. However, Sandaconda still faces competition from Palossand as a Stealth Rock user and Electric-immunity as it has more consistent recovery and better bulk. Though, remove that Though, Sandaconda can run Stone Edge over Glare to hit Flying-types like Archeops at the cost of providing less support.
