OU mixed mega garchomp (ou)

Garchomp-Mega @ Garchompite
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 24 HP / 232 SpA / 252 Spe
Mild Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Stealth Rock

Mixed Mega Garchomp is a great Stealth Rock user, as it can pressure a plethora of Defoggers with its STAB and coverage moves while acting as a lure for the likes of Landorus-T, Mega Latias, Celesteela, and Tangrowth. Wielding such intricate coverage allows it to also pose as a threat that few teams can afford to prepare for, targeting many of the more common cores in OU such as Toxapex + Celesteela and Landorus-T + Magearna while acting as a soft check for the menace that is Heatran. For those curious, the HP EVs allow it to stomach a Supersonic Skystrike from Jolly Landorus-T, and a Mild nature is preferred for added power against Celesteela and Tangrowth. Teammates like Swords Dance Kartana and Ash-Greninja appreciate Tangrowth, Celesteela, Ferrothorn, and Mega Latias gone whereas teammates like Tornadus-T, Rotom-W, and Magearna can bring Mega Garchomp in safely with U-turn and Volt Switch.

Mixed Mega Garchomp is a great Stealth Rock user as it can lure Landorus-T with Draco Meteor and pressure a plethora of other Defogers with its STABs and coverage. I don't exactly understand why Landorus-T stands out as a reason why Mega Garchomp is a good Stealth Rock user. Is it because it can (poorly)check regular Garchomp? Wielding such an intricate coverage allows it to also pose a threat that few teams can afford to prepare for, most notably making it rough for structures with Magearna and Toxapex to take it on. This is worded super weirdly and almost makes it seem like Magearna and Toxapex try to check Mega Garchomp? If you were to say "...making it rough for structures with Pokemon like Magearna and Toxapex as the defensive backbone." or something that, it'd make more sense. It also has a strong surprise factor hitting the likes of Mega Latias, Celesteela, and Tangrowth hard with a surprise Fire Blast, which can help teammates like Swords Dance Kartana and Ash-Greninja break through teams with more ease. Speaking of which, the Mild nature is preferred so that rolls against Celesteela and Tangrowth can be as high as possible, while not compromising Mega Garchomp's ability to take on Heatran, which is also a big part of its niche, as Heatran switch ins are very welcome on the types of teams Mega Garchomp finds itself on. For those curious, the HP EVs allows it to stomach a Supersonic Skystrike from Jolly Landorus-T, which it unfortunately fails to outspeed due to the need of a Mild nature. Just be careful when playing around with it not to reveal your set so you can lure Landorus-T, Mega Latias, and Tangrowth properly. Rather than this last sentence I'd prefer to read about a few more possible teammates.
