Usually I with Trick Room teams, and I want to mix it up a bit.

Mat Block to block all damaging moves.
Water Shuriken is a very good prio move (and with King's Rock has an OK chance to flinch)
U-Turn for momentum and Rock Slide for coverage and added flinching.
The Core of the team, since safely switching out focuses alot on if Mat Block is up or not.

CC for a powerful stab move, Fake out for stalling action and letting my buddy safely U-Turn/Voltswitch out.
and .. yea ... U-Turn.

EQ/RS for a great rock/ground coverage, U turn for a speedy exit and DC to suprise other dragons that I'm faster with scarf.
The Extra's are the only ones I have no problem with switching into. (in all honesty, I though about them the least too).
Any advice?
