Ugh, I haven't had the inspiration to create a team in a while. I've finally made this one, which I think would do fairly well. I'll need your help for advice. I'm in the middle of a tourney and need a stable team. The only reason I got past the first round was because my opponent was disqualified. So hopefully this team will take me far, and help me rebound after that horrid preformance in the first round. Let's GO!
Main Goal:
1. Stack passive damage and stall early on.
2. Eliminate Salamence counters.
3. Pave the way for a Salamence sweep.

Ice Fang
Slack Off
As you can guess with this guy as my lead, we have a sandstorm team. Since I want my team to be primarily defensive early on, I chose Hippowdon over Tyranitar. It sets up Stealth Rock, racking up any passive damage. It also kicks off a sandstorm, and aids in physical walling. Overall it's a decent lead. Gengar and Gyarados leads will scare it, so we need counters for those two. Bronzong also walls him, but any opposing T-tar leads get beaten down. Abomasnow is also a scary lead, so the rest of the team will need to pick up the slack for him.

Rest
Sleep Talk
Will-O-Wisp
Shadow Ball
This would be our rapid spin-blocker. Take that Starmie! With it being the team's status aborber, it should easily take out Gengar (as long as we don't pick rest when sleep talking every time). Bronzong won't like a burn either. Will-O-Wisp helps status things not affected by Toxic Spikes, or anything before TS is set up. Shadow Ball is for Gengar, but also as a reasonable way of doing damage when called for. Spiritomb might also meet Lucario often, in which case Will-O-Wisp is all it can do, but it'll be enoughif it's a Swords Dance version. I picked him over Dusknoir because of the lack of weakness, and rest-talk makes him so much sturdier than Pain Split. Gyarados still remains as a threat, we have no answer to Infernape, and we need some more walls. But for consolation, it does a good job of stopping SleepTalk Machamp!

Spikes
Whirlwind
Roost
This guy contributes to the passive damage and lays layers of Spikes. It also acts as a pseudohazer. Simply switch into something so that it is advantageous for you, and Whirlwind on the predicted switch. It may be difficult to lay 3 layers, so prediction and team synergy will be key to employing such a strategy. It counters some physical walls, and is all around dependable. It doesn't fear electric attacks because of Hippowdon, and stops grass types that toy with Hippowdon. Subseeders may be a problem. Gyarados and Infernape remain a problem, and bulky waters are starting to become a large threat. Heracross is a bit scary. We need a special wall.

Toxic Spikes
Lays down two layers of Toxic Spikes, adding to the passive damage. It'll do a "decent" job of taking on bulky waters, but that shouldn't be its main job. It counters Infernape excellently, and stops rain dancing sweepers. It also spins away any junk on our side of the field. Covers a fire weakness of Skarmory's, and a water weakness of Hippowdon. It itself gets cover from Hippowdon and Skarmory. So far our walling combination is fairly stable, but we'll need some Wish support, or Tentacruel will have no way of staying alive.

U-Turn
Reflect
Psychic
Provides Wish support to Tentacruel, and anyone else who needs it. Serves as a "decent" double wall. It can put up Reflect if we need the support, but I am thinking of replacing it with Light Screen. Psychic can also be replaced by something too. With those EVs, it should survive an Earthquake from Dugtrio and U-turn out. Same case with Magnezone. Gyarados's sweeping is slightly hindered, but still a threat. We need a reliable counter to bulky waters, and maybe a reliable way to handle subseeders.

Dragon Dance
Dragon Claw
Stone Edge
Earthquake
Well, this is what we build up to. We wait until everything is sufficiently weakened, bring him out and prepare to sweep. Ice types like Mamoswine and Weavile scare him a bit. Mamoswine is taken care of by Skarmory and Hippowdon, and Weavile is stopped by Skarmory, and hates Will-O-Wisp, and Stealth Rock. We have Tentacruel to keep SR damage away. Jirachi passes it a Wish if it needs it, puts up Reflect to soften blows during DDing, and covers it type-wise well. Spiritomb stops Scarfgar from outspeeding and destroying, and bulky waters are met by Tentacruel. Gyarados hates Stealth Rock, and is hit hard by Stone Edge. When it's ready, it sweeps.

Problems:
1. We have no reliable answer to bulky waters, which are Salamence's main enemy.
2. No sure fire way to stop Gyarados.
3. Difficult to handle subseeders
Some possible changes:
1. Jirachi could have Thunderbolt and Light Screen over Psychic and Reflect.
2. Breloom could fit somewhere if it permits.
3. We could drop Salamence and go for all-out stall, in which case we could consider Celebi, and maybe Wish Umbreon.
4. We "could" throw in Blissey if it seems like we lack special walling.
5. A cleric might be handy but not completely nessecary.
