I would like to do a gymleader challenge.Since I am the gym leader for the Flying-type gym, I would like to hear some opinions about my mono team. The Team consists of:

-Draco Meteor
-Air Slash
-Flamethrower
-Boomburst

-Noivern as Special Sweeper.
-Draco Metero and Air Slash as STAB
-Flamethrower as Coverage.
-Boomburst for Damage

Thunderus-T @ Choice Scarf
Volt Absorb Timid 252SpAtk / 252Speed / 4HP
-Thunderbolt
-HP Ice
-Focus Blast
-Flash Cannon / Voltswitch

-Thunderus-T as Special Sweeper.
-Choice Scarf to outspeed many things.
-Thunderbolt STAB and HP Ice for Ground typs.
-Focus Blast for Rock and Ice weakness.

Mandibuzz @ Rocky Helmet
Overcoat Impish 36 Def / 252 HP / 220 SpD
-Foul Play
-Roost
-Toxic / Taunt
-Defog

-Mandibuzz as Mixed Wall and Defogger.
-Rocky Helmet to damage the enemy.
-Roost as heal move and defog to remove the hazards.
-Toxic to stall or taunt for booster or staller

-Gliscor as toxic staller.
-Toxic-Orb + Poison heal = recover.
-Earthquake STAB.
-Knock Off support.
-Protect for save Toxic

Zapdos @ Leftovers

-Thunderbolt

-Roost
-Toxic / HP Fighting

-Zapdos as Special Wall.
-Thunderbolt STAB.
-Heat Wave for Ice coverage.
