Gen 7 [Monotype Ghost] Im kinda stuck

So the rules ive been given to make this team around is Gen 7 OU, only 1 legendary and only 1 Ultra beast. can't repeat held items and destiny bond is banned.
Im going to be fighting people that know I've got a monotype ghost team and will have teams designed to try and beat that so i expect a lot of dark and ghost moves to come my way

Hoopa @ Choice Specs
Ability: Magician
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shadow Ball
- Psyshock
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt
So I picked up Choice Specs Hoopa as a really strong sweeper whose weaknesses are covered by sableye or mimikyu. Psyshock and thunderbolt are mostly for coverage where Focus Blast and Shadow Ball are the main moves ive had to use. My problem with Hoopa is that he is a little slow which isnt necessarily bad since he can take a hit as long as its not one of his 4x weaknesses

Jellicent @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Toxic
- Taunt
- Recover
Jellicent is a solid spec def tank that I chose for its stall and toxic aswell as taunt to prevent set ups. Recover gives it that extra push in tanky-ness but its weak to both dark and ghost which becomes a problem If I find im fighting a special attacking mon that cant be walled by sableye

Blacephalon @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shadow Ball
- Flamethrower
- Will-O-Wisp
- Mind Blown
Blacephalon seriously hurts anything it looks at as long as its the first to move. I havn't really had a problem with it since the idea is to switch out if I fear for an incoming hit. It's usually the last if not second last thing to survive

Sableye-Mega @ Sablenite
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Will-O-Wisp
- Calm Mind
- Dark Pulse
- Recover
I don't know how a monotype ghost team would function without sableye so I gave him the mega stone for bulk. It's got its classic moveset that im almost always able to set up and hell do great up until some dark mon comes forth that resists my dark pulse and im forced to switch

Mimikyu @ Life Orb
Ability: Disguise
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Shadow Sneak
- Play Rough
- Drain Punch
Mimikyu works as either taking a hit to switch in with nearly no damage in a situation where i cant turn to something else or the free swords dance into damaging move then shadow sneak incase i dont outspeed and opponent is already low. I have little problems with mimikyou

Gengar @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Cursed Body
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Energy Ball
- Trick
- Sludge Bomb
- Shadow Ball
Gengar Is sort of the anti wall mon that messes up whatever the wall is doing with scarf trick and then he gets a free damage move then just sweeps until he cant anymore, relatively basic gameplay there i don't know what else to do with him besides that.

If anything I would like advice on my defense since ive got plenty of offense, I don't think Jellicent is the right pick here since im usually under attack from dark and ghost moves but im not too sure what else I should do. Id like more pivot too, its kind of hard without a u-turn or volt switch on my tanks maybe an eject button somewhere? Ive been experimenting with this for a while now and this is where it ended up. Thanks to anyone who helps :D

Introduction
Hi jjett01, you are only allowed to post one rmt every two weeks. Aside from that small detail, I have a few changes in mind for your team. I noticed you had some custom rules up there, even though you are allowed a Ghost-type legendary, all the ones available to OU are not good for a Monotype based team. So I decided to take Hoopa off the team and make some adjustments with that in mind. Let's get into the rate!

Major Changes
Hoopa
> Alolan Marowak
:marowak-alola:
This is the only Pokemon that I changed on your team for these three reasons: one being that Hoopa is a bad Pokemon, the team lacked a Stealth Rock setter, and an Electric-type immunity. The latter two of which Hoopa provides. Alolan Marowak is a very helpful Pokemon in the Fairy-type matchup being able to beat 3 of the six most common Pokemon on those teams being; Tapu Bulu, Tapu Koko, and Klefki. The EVs given allow Alolan Marowak to switch in on Stealth Rock four times. I say Hoopa-U is not a great choice because Pokemon like Gengar fill a similar hole in wallbreaking and Ghost teams already have a stellar matchup vs. Fighting. It does not help in the Poison matchup to have Hoopa due to the fact Pursuit Alolan Muk is on every team.

Minor Changes
Blacephalon
:blacephalon:
I changed this to a Choice Scarf set because it has Beast Boost, making it the exponentially better Choice Scarf user on Ghost teams and having the ability to snowball and gain boosts as it collects OHKOs with Beast Boost. Another reason aside from Beast Boost that Choice Scarf Blacephalon is better is due to the Flying, Ground, and Dragon matchups where it can target Pokemon such as Gliscor, Landorus, Landorus-T, Garchomp, and Dragonite with ease thanks to HP Ice. This makes it a fantastic cleaner in those matchups. Also, Gengar is relatively weak with a Choice Scarf, so it will frequently not even secure the KO with a decent amount of chip.

Gengar
:gengar:
Gengar is now the Choice Specs user since Hoopa is gone, and we have established why Blacephalon is the better Choice Scarf user. Gengar's coverage in Focus Blast and Thunderbolt helps in matchups such as Steel and Water. Against Steel, it can pretty much 2HKO everything alongside OHKO Heatran for Blacephalon. At the same time, Thunderbolt can pick up kills against Pokemon like Mantine, Pelipper, and weakened Celesteela in the Flying matchup. I put Trick on Blacephalon instead of Gengar because this Pokemon can make better use of its coverage. I noticed you had Energy Ball on the Choice Scarf Gengar set; however, that coverage is unnecessary as Swampert, Gastrodon, and Seismitoad are all checked by Mega Sableye and are 2HKOed by Choice Specs Shadow Ball.

Mega Sableye
:sableye-mega:
Mega Sableye is not a good, Calm Mind sweeper. While yes, it can be annoying to take down with Will-O-Wisp and Calm Mind, it is making not making common use out of such a useful utility/sponge Pokemon. Mega Sableye can cripple walls such as Chansey, Porygon2, Staraptor, Celesteela, etc by removing their items through Knock Off; then allowing teammates to better take care of them. Another option over Protect on Mega Sableye is Metal Burst, which is there just for the Fairy matchup. Metal Burst with Mega Sableye's given EVs allow it to survive Mega Diancie's Moonblast, then OHKO it with Metal Burst. However, losing out on Protect means that Mega Sableye will not be able to as easily scout which items Choice Locked Pokemon decide to use, such as Latios and Victini, making them harder to play around.

Jellicent
:jellicent:
On Jellicent, I just tweaked the Speed EVs a bit, they allow you to move before neutral natured Tyranitar and Celesteela with 0 Speed investment, potentially crippling them with Scald, Toxic, or Taunt. This also prevents Pokemon like Porygon2 from inflicting you with Toxic due to being faster and using Taunt and preventing them from using recovery for the same reason.

Conclusion

This is your team's final version after I tweaked it around a bit to play more smoothly. Anyway, good luck with the team, and I hope you enjoy playing with my version of the team. If you have any questions, let me know, I'm maroon on PS! and maroon#1999 on discord and wouldn't mind answering any potential questions, comments, or concerns!

The marowak was a big help and so were the rest of the changes! is there anything you could suggest as another wall that isnt jellicent? Or is he the best in my situation

The water immunity is pretty nice to support the two fire-types. You could change it for a more offensive option such as Swords Dance Doublade or a different defensive option like Shedinja which is mildly reliable due to mega sableye, however that is more suited to teams with Rapid Spin/Defog like Decidueye and still have a defensive core of Mega Sableye and Jellicent as well. But I think for your team the best solution is just to keep Jellicent.
